  1. I would prefer we draft at the CB and Oline positions, find a way to get rid of Edmunds and get another veteran free agent LB like Haason Reddick.
  2. I personally would like us to upgrade our LB core. Assuming we still have Leslie Frazier next year running a cover 2 still, it really asks a lot of our linebackers and IMO we've really been exploited the most in the middle of the field this season. Tremaine Edmunds just hasn't been playing up to his potential and I think that's the one position we need an absolute playmaker right now.
  3. Okay armchair GMs, we've had some time to digest our agonizing playoff loss and reflect on the season, now you're in charge of getting the Bills past the Chiefs Bengals and into the SB next year. What do you see as our biggest positional need going into this offseason and why.
  4. I think the lack of the Bills deep passing this season more to do with our pass protection breaking down too quickly rather than lacking a burner WR. Josh's YPA dropped from 7.9 in 2020 to 6.8 this season with only 8 passing plays over 40 yards which puts him well behind most of the other elite QBs in the league in those categories. Opposing teams have probably adjusted their schemes more against the pass in fear of Josh Allen as well.
  5. I will agree with you on this. They do ask a lot of him. You could see in the KC game especially it was hard for him to have eyes on Kelce, McKinnon and Mahomes at the same time so on a lot of plays he would end up somewhere in the middle. The second quarter of the game specifically he had 3 consecutive blown coverages first the pass to Kelcey over the middle, then another pass over the middle to Pringle and finally he let let Helaire run right by him for a 22yrd run. I would rather him be decisive on a play, sometimes be wrong but sometimes make the huge play than always be 5yrds off no matter what leaving opposing teams just rip off 10 and 15 yard chunks in the middle of the field at will.
  6. Josh just basically said he wants Ken Dorsey for OC next year if Daboll is gone
  7. It's truly remarkable how similar the stat lines of these two QBs are over the last two post season games. The fact that Allen went into a hostile environment and did what he did is even more impressive to me than Mahomes.
  8. I agree, I would much rather play them at home. But I think finding success there in week 5 this season has boosted Josh Allen's confidence in his ability to play them on the road. Unlike the carousel of QBs we had the last 20 years, JA doesn't get rattled under pressure.
  9. And who's primary coverage area is the middle of the field? #49. The one person who is supposed to the bedrock of our defense is probably the weakest link.
  10. Allen showed tonight and last week that he doesn't need to run. He's developed great field vision and decision making recently and has become an outstanding pocket passer
  11. He would make a good referee. It seems like he just floats around the field watching the game and jogs in at the end of plays to get a hand on people for the assist.
  12. How many pass plays has he broken up in the past 2 years? How many sacks? He makes a lot of tackles because he's always out of position and has to chase people down, but he doesn't even do that very well most of the time.
  13. Objective next year. Finish 17-0 so we can play this same f*cking game in our house for once
  14. We've had hands on mahomes so many times now. He's so squirmy. These QBs are playing at an insane level.
  15. Milano at least had a nice tipped pass against the Pats last week that led to the Wallace int.
  16. When was the last time Tremaine Edmunds made a play this season?
  17. Pretty sure Mahomes and Allen are motivating each other this game. This is the game for top QB in the league status. Turning out to be exactly the game I was expecting
  18. I agree with this sentiment. If you're building a roof over your stadium just make it stationary and use the translucent roof tiles. I'm not really a fan of the roll out grass fields in the dome stadiums either. If you want a dome for your team just go with turf.
  19. Am I the only one that appreciates the low profile aesthetic of the current Highmark stadium? Symmetrical with plenty of sunlight from all directions covering the field, as opposed to stadiums like MetLife that stand like 30 stories high and you end up with half the field covered in shadow during day games. Allegiant and Sofi stadiums are pretty damn impressive for domes though.
  20. Bills were about 3 inches shy of having homefield advantage throughout the playoffs and potentially avoiding KC altogether. Unlucky indeed.
  21. Hey just trying to help the WNYers out. Y'all are gonna pay for the stadium with tax dollars anyway. I was just suggesting that opening up additional funding for out of state residents may not be a bad idea should a deal fall through with NY. As a non resident I would throw some money at keeping the team there in a new stadium. The Packers have been doing it that way for almost a century.
  22. Crowd Crowd funding a stadium in today's world doesn't seem that unreasonable. And especially while the bills are playing well, there would be plenty of people willing to fork over cash to make it happen.
