  2. I really like watching Daniels play. Kid is a stud. We saw how good he could be when he faced Texas in Austin last year. He was pretty much unstoppable in that game. Want to see KU win all their games BESIDES when they play my Pokes in early November. Kansas still has a lot to prove IMO, not having played anyone real legit this year. This weekend, that's their first REAL test IMO. BTW: I'm not worried about OSU v Texas Tech on Saturday. The two teams they played we know ARE really good (NC State and K-State), they lost. By double digits. Cowboys are 11-2 straight up vs the Red Raiders the past 13 years. Tech will play their first offensive powerhouse team (OSU) this weekend. I'll be there! Go Pokes!
  3. The league I run (it's a Big XII Sports league)... NO one wants to trade. It sucks! I've tried to trade Tyreek for Diggs, trade Zeke for Devin... no one will do anything. It's boring AF.

  5. Holy crap... dude has had Devin on the bench all four games this year and he said "I'm not trading a starter (Singletary) for a scrub (Zeke)" I want to kick the guy out of my league for just being annoying AF.
  6. I have Zeke as one of my RB's and really don't even want to start the guy.... and I think Devin will become more of a threat out of the backfield with short passes like we've seen recently. That is our new run game. Would you trade Zeke for Singletary?
  7. This is horrible... it's also proof that evil finds a way if that's a knife or a gun (or both in this case). Most of the deaths were from "Stabbing wounds". https://www.cnn.com/2022/10/06/asia/thailand-mass-shooting-intl-hnk/index.html
  8. Dude, National Guard pay is set by what active duty and reserves get paid. It's all the same, just depends on how much time you are doing it. 3 day drill will get paid the same per day as the 2 week AT... or when you're activated for state side service. I've been activated a couple of times for state side work. Benefits, like bonuses, are based off what is in the budget for that MOS. Again, over 100 ANG have taken their life over the past year in all states. Is it Newsom's fault for the National Guardsman suicide 3 weeks ago in California?
  9. Yes, I'm at practice daily and coach calls me at night to talk about personnel. Dude, as a former coach and college player... I sorta know. If a kid shows something in practice, a lot of the time they get a shot during the game. If they don't, they don't get that chance.
  10. He'd be playing in-game more if he was showing the coaches something in practice. Sorta how it goes...
  11. Hodges was never a better backup, he had a losing record the year he played (2019) and was eventually benched for Mason. The only reason he ever got in was because Rudolph got hurt against Baltimore. We saw him against Buffalo... looked awful in that game. He finished that season, when he started... 1 TD and 6 INTs. But again, the Steelers offensive weapons and OL was HORRIBLE that season.
  12. We were talking about the Steelers, I just mentioned Mason. That's all.
  13. Why aren't you working in the league as a scout? Especially since, according to you, Danny Etling was a better QB prospect! Again, Tomlin has kept ONE QB around since 2018. He's done that for a reason... probably knows more than you about football.
  14. I only said he has been given one chance since the 2019 season, in which he threw for 300 yards. I never said he was a "great QB", I've said he's a good backup and I'd want him as a backup. Not sure why a couple of you guys keep reading between the lines.
  15. I never said he would be a NFL starter. I've said he's a quality backup. "I was right to hate him" - Dude, you have issues... and I call BS on your "watched a lot of his college tape". Have a good one! Go smoke a joint and be happy.
  16. Completely ridiculous. 22 veterans a day take their life... which is horrible (my daughter and I have helped raise money for awareness the past 10+ years and suicide has touched my family first hand). It has nothing to do with the Governor. Over 100 Guardsmen have taken their life over the past year, across the country. We going to blame that on those governors too?
  17. Ridiculous statement. I watched every game he played in college. 13,618 yards 92 touchdowns (and he only started 3 games as a freshman)... with a 32-10 record as a starter in college and really only had one bad game over his entire college career (vs WVU his soph year). You were only anti-Rudolph at the QB spot. That's over Josh Rosen, Luke Falk, Alex McGough and Logan Woodside. Hell, his record as a starter is better than Sam Darnold and Baker Mayfield. But you watched a lot of his college tape. LOL Okay due... anyway. No reason to argue it, you probably also believe what Myles Garrett said too.
  18. I don't think he's a NFL starter, but a solid backup. He's still on the team for a reason, only QB who's been there since 2018... while 5-6 different ones have been put on the block or cut all together. He's just been given the chance she he was hurt in 2019 to show what he can really do. The one game he did, threw for over 300 yards and 2 TDs.
  19. What a way to back up your stance! "He's a bum" "Why?" "I'm not going to waste any more time debating it." Just brilliant. LOL
  20. Why exactly? His QBR was GREAT before he got hurt. That year, Roethlisberger was out for the season, he had ZERO offensive weapons. They couldn't block which caused the offense to really suck. Even with all that, he was decent. To the point of being hurt, he was hitting about 70% of his passes with 7 TDs to 2 INTs. He hit almost 86% the week before he was hurt against Cincy. The ONE game he started the next year (2021) against the Browns when they sat Ben, he slung it around the field for over 300 yards. They allowed him to throw it deep and it showed. NOTE: I watched every game Mason played in that year on RZ.
  21. I like Mason Rudolph, quite a bit. I'm an Oklahoma State alum/diehard fan and got to watch Mason rack up 13,000+ yards and almost 100 TDs at his time in Stillwater. He *WAS* the next QB after Ben... but he got knocked out like Tua did, against the Ravens in his 2nd year. He was never the same after. The fans at Pittsburgh are THE WORST in the league and never gave him a chance. Feel like he's been handcuffed by the OC since day one because the dude can sling it. Instead, they have him dump the ball off most of the time. But if you watch the play Mason got knocked out against the Ravens, you could see he can ball up to that point. That year, when he came back a couple weeks later, he just wasn't the same. All that said, he'd be a solid backup for Josh I think. Give him an offense with the weapons we have at WR, he's do pretty well in case we needed him.
  22. I'm really happy for him and McAlister... pulling for you guys. He seriously changed the Oklahoma State's personality with his defense. Derrick Mason is still running that defense in Stillwater that Knowles left behind (minus all the All Big-XII kids who went to the NFL, like Malcom Rodriquez).
  23. Imagine tOSU and Oklahoma State play in the CFP... Jim Knowles vs his old school.
  24. 2-2 for the weekend. Really felt good about my Arkansas pick going into the 4Q then hell... 21-3 in the final 14 minutes
  25. Barry has put on some pounds the past few years... saw him not too long ago here in Ardmore (Okla) at his car dealership. But I'd love to see another Oklahoma State RB on the team (Bills have had Terry Miller and Thurman from OkState)
