Boehner is the chief architect of the madness we're facing right now. If they get Ryan or Mitt to be the candidate at a brokered convention, the GOP will fracture irreparably so.

I don't see a way out. I think we're looking at the total destruction of the Republican party. If the establishment doesn't get behind Trump there's no way he gets elected. Romney lost in large part because the Magic Christians stayed at home pinching their noses at his religion. I think there are lots of Republican Trump supporters that would never vote for another Republican if they threw this election away by not supporting him. It's just another example of not listening to the people and doing what they want to do. I used to think that was nearly exclusively a Democrat tactic. But if Mitt and Ryan, and Rove take their ball and go home with it, I really believe it will be the death of the GOP.
