    got my delivery of kefir grains and raw milk today, time to start making kefir...found some PA farm that delivers to the Philly area using drop points, my particular drop spot was at a lowes parking lot, pretty clandestine, but certainly cheap. we will see what happens...hopefully i won't catch ebola or anything

    Mind if I ask what SSRI medication you are taking? My middle son has a similar diagnosis but I'm not sure his current meds are working well.

    Dude, I would never recommend watching a Bills game as a 'cure for depression', some would argue they have greatly contributed to we are all in this current state of mind!

    how is your wife doing? the other stuff is just that...stuff....i know a job and home are important, but they can be replaced, perhaps not in a 1 to 1 manner, but trust me, been there done that, it sucks but it's overcomeable. I hope your wife was able to recover, that I have no experience with.

    i have a close bunch of friends that come up with a different issue, drama, crisis every week...sometimes i just sit back and realize my issues seem kind of minor compared to them, of course then i go have a beer or "two"

    nothing diagnosed but definitely some symptoms, thankfully nothing that keeps me from functioning.
