kirkjian(?) on espn said this morning that a lot of the writers are younger and cut their teeth during the ped era and pretty much admitted that they were a part of the whole problem(ie closing their eyes to the issue while building up the sosa/bonds/mcquire brady anderson long ball hoopla...he feels that this could lead to some softened stances, and personally, i can't say as that really bothers me....the fans were calling for it, the players responded and we kept asking for more....it's a tough situation.

and today we are being told that eggs and salt and lean meat aren't as bad as we'd been led to believe...that's why i eat what i want, when i want, i don't eat fat free, low sodium, gluten free foods....i may be fat but my important numbers have always been of no concern to my doctors.

I get that kind of...i wonder if they were ny writers that are waiting for jeter to get in....and as much as i love jeter and the yankees....i think griffey jr was far and away an all around much better player...jeter has more mystique going for him and his chances to be the first unanimous winner

there's a similar bridge on onondaga lake parkway in liverpool ny, that one is 10'9" and has similar bells and whistles to alert trucks if they are too tall...many of them ignore the warnings, including megabus....
