  1. Your first hint should have been that it wasn't all over every single sporting page and there weren't 3 other posts on the main page about it.
  2. Interesting. I would have assumed we'd have saved more, but I guess that means we are under the cap now. Who's left at this point? I would think only Oliver. I don't want us to touch Diggs and kick the can down the road, unless he wants to give some money back like Knox and Von (doubtful). I'm wondering when we give him a new overall deal though. He's well worth more than his deal.
  3. I'm good with this. We at least will have our base players on the end. Solid deal overall.
  4. *****. Hopefully Von gets it together and we don't miss him. This one sucks because of the cap. That's a solid deal for him and I would've had no issues paying him that if we had the money.
  5. I want Mack for no other reason than I wanted us to draft him as a rookie. I just want to see Mack on the back of a Bills uniform once
  6. I'm assuming Knox took a pay cut too, but the details haven't been shared yet
  7. If it's like the Russel Wilson situation, the team can allow them to negotiate prior to 6/1, but they can't sign until 6/1.
  8. I have the same concerns with the O-Line, based upon a tweet that said the Bills were going to move McGovern to Center. That would be two changes to the line. I'd prefer they leave everyone else where they were and either draft a guy (a few starters could be had in round 3), or get a veteran FA.
  9. I wasn't a Rapp fan for most of the season, but he appeared to really come on in the last 6 games, including playoffs. If he plays at that level, then I'm good with him being resigned It was shared somewhere else, but he was the 3rd or 4th highest rated tackle in the league. I'm sure the contract was written in a way that creates more room for us. I like this because it's taking care of our own at a premium position. I haven't seen anything to indicate his play is falling off. He's also an unquestioned leader on the team
  10. I'm starting to think that Cam is one of those behind the scenes guys. The same way Elam can't do anything right with McD during practice, I think Cam does everything they need.
  11. Draft another Tight End and run heavy formation every play. Problem solved
  12. As the legal tampering period has started (I'd argue it started last week) and we've gotten through most of our cap adjustments, I'm curious to see how everyone is feeling and where their expectations are? For me, I'm pretty good with all the moves that have happened so far and don't have high expectations for FA. I don't say that in a pessimistic way, just based off the reality of the cap situation and our performance. For me, I'm somewhat disappointed in losing Tre and Morse, but it's more nostalgia than anything else. Morse signing elsewhere for less that 5 mil per is tough, because I would have liked to see us fit that under our cap. He's been a team leader and overall solid these past few years. Tre is tough, because he is the McD OG. However, I'm not used to even seeing him on the field these past two years. I'm somewhat hoping he comes back on a "prove it" deal, but don't expect it. Other than that, I'm ecstatic that Von and Knox reworked their deals. They were horrible deals, that I don't fault Beane for because they made somewhat sense at the time. But getting them to give money back is huge and shows a lot about the culture that's been created here. As for FA, the only player I really want to see back is Jones at DT. Our defense is very different with him on the field. Other than that, Beane can get a bunch of 1 year guys to plug holes and I'll be happy. I wouldn't mind a veteran to start at Safety, just because multiple rookies back there can lead to disaster. But I'm not worried about it overall. When the draft gets here, so long as we get a WR1, and maybe a C/G in the first few rounds, the rest can be all defense and I won't mind for once. Overall, without success, and the losses other teams are taking (besides the Chiefs of course), I think the Bills will be in as good position as they've been since Josh got here and don't expect a big drop off.
  13. Considering the lack of WR's available, I thought someone would be dumb enough to give him 15 mil per. However, looks like people saw the way he disappears for games and the demand maybe wasn't there.
  14. Comp pick?
  15. This was a no brainer move. Well done
  16. I would be super pissed if I were Aiyuk. Talk about going from the elite to the crapper
  17. This seems like posturing to me. They will get a deal done.
  18. Strange we couldn’t keep him for that amount, but 🤷🏻‍♂️
  19. Von and Knox had two of the worst contracts on the team. Glad to see they were both addressed. 3rd, to me, is Diggs….
  20. This is not a good DE draft and plenty of teams have money to burn. I think this will be a waiting game for the Bills to see who's left at value. Fortunately, besides Floyd, no one put up huge numbers. I could see AJ back. Jones to me is the big need and hopefully we get a discount. A healthy Jones and Oliver make everyone else better. I think Lawson and Phillips are done, unless they want the vet minimum again.
  21. How is Michael Thomas still relevant? Has he had a good season since Brees?
  22. Just for clarity, are you current seats considered to be "club seats?" I'm trying see if all the seats in the new middle sections that overhang each other are going to be considered club seats, or if regular seat season ticket holders have a shot at them.
  23. If we cut Josh Allen, the dead cap hit is only 99 million. Now, if that's too rich for your blood, we could always just make him a post June 1st cut and spread some of it into next year.
  24. No way!!! First I'm hearing any of this. How did you get this late breaking news so early?!?
  25. I looked ahead at the 2025 cap, and they don't list any dead money. I'm going to assume they just haven't updated it yet. Half of Tre's 10 mil should hit next year. We are also 40 mil under next years cap. Which, with these cuts, Josh locked in, and the cap going up again, isn't a bad place to be in. Also, next year is the year they could move on from Diggs, Miller, and Knox if they wanted to. It would only save them 15 mil total, but could be worth it Agreed 100%. I only wanted to see them restructure Oliver, Josh, Milano, and Dawkins.
