I think he's been spending too much time with Josh and doesn't realize that he doesn't have to keep the game so interesting by making big mistakes here and there. But honestly, no. I think most of his mistakes are mental/communication mistakes where he misses on an assignment. For a rookie, that's to be expected and it happens with most people in his role. He will keep getting better and is overall a big improvement over the depth behind him. These are acceptable growing pains to me

The Peacock and MNF game really piss me off. There's nothing to that logic beyond greed of the NFL. It's bad for the teams, players, and fans. Why do you need more than the total all day coverage you get on Sat and Sun?

Cleveland should beat Houston, and I want no part of them. I’d rather have KC at home in round 2 and hope Cleveland and Baltimore kill each other. I can see Cleveland beating Baltimore in Baltimore. Which would give us 3 home games.

Listen, I know how important the #2 seed can be. I don't want to downplay that at all. However, if some of these reports out there are true and Josh is battling an injury that needs rest, would it make more sense to give Josh, and maybe some others, the week off? I'm sure Hyde's neck could use a break too. I'm sure this will get me flamed, but if playing on the road for the playoffs means that Josh is even 20% healthier, is that worth it? I'm not saying I would. Maybe play him for a bit and see how he feels. But I care more about a healthier Josh because we don't win without him. (Minus the Dallas game)

It’s not just this game. He’s been off the past few weeks at least. I’d argue it’s been most of the season. But it’s tough to know.

It’s hard to watch the Patriots game and think something is wrong with Josh, and it’s not just something mental. And no, I’m not just talking about the last hit he took. I used to count the amount of incomplete passes on one hand that was incomplete solely because of Josh, due to drops or whatever other circumstances. His accuracy is way off. Josh is missing a ton of throws in a way that seems more than just being “off.” So is he hurt? And if so, when did it happen?
