What would it take for you to trade Josh?
Virgil replied to elijah's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Never going to happen, but I'll play the hypothetical game. It would have to be for another QB under 30 who is proven (Mahomes. Not Watson, Lamar. Burrow would be interesting) Mahomes would be straight up. Burrow would have to come with multiple picks, including a 1st rounder. If no players are involved, I would say the other team would have to give us their entire draft for the next 3 years. So again, not going to happen -
How much is Josh going to cost if hes a top 8 QB by next year?
Virgil replied to Ramza86's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think the Bills will make him a fair offer for his value. I don't see there being a big negotiation process. If it's in after next season, I think it starts at 40 mil, assuming the cap doesn't go down -
Week 10 Predict the score Bills at Cardinals
Virgil replied to SlimShady'sSpaceForce's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Arizona 37 Buffalo 24 Bills don’t show up for this game as they are riding high off the Seattle win and ready for their bye week. Murray puts on a show and we get to watch those highlights for two weeks -
Mitch Morse out of concussion protocol; returns to practice

I want to see us run the ball and slow down the Arizona offense if we have all 5 guys healthy. Make teams respect our play action. -

I either missed that or the brain is failing. Thank you -

I’m gonna get flamed for this, but does anyone else worry about him wanting a new deal after this season if these numbers continue? He’s going to be in the 20 mil per range soon -
How do the Bills match up with Arizona?
Virgil replied to JohnNord's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
From what little I've seen of them, they like to play fast, like a track meet. You have to respect them over the top and definitely contain Murray. Dolphins sent the house a few times and rattled him. -
Is Tua hype the new Darnold hype?
Virgil replied to whatdrought's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think the Bills got a lot of love for their win over the Seahawks the consistent headline I saw was about Allen outdueling Wilson. Seattle's defense was mentioned a lot as it was a historically bad game for them, but I still think the Bills got credit for executing. As for Tua, rookies make headlines and bring clicks. Tua has a huge following from college, so I get it. However, I'm also not sold on his hype train yet. From my limited viewership of him, he seems to have a slow release and getting the ball out fast. I'm surprised he hasn't thrown more picks to defenders just sitting on him. Once teams have 4-5 games on tape, I'll be very curious to see how he does. -

I was worried that Allen was going to get crushed on that play. The last fake stopped a blitzing defender from coming after him. -

I’m referring to the sacks Allen took when he held the ball for more than 3 seconds and knew they were rushing five or more. His clock needed to be faster on a few of those -

Apparently covered. Taking him out of the game was one of the defenses greatest victories -

Thank you for mentioning this. It's something I called out during the game and meant to include. Huge different from previous weeks -

Agreed. But I also think the refs owed us one -
But would they enjoy the game?

Criticism and disagreeing is different from being derogatory or insulting. I’m one of the first to say when I don’t know something or concede a point. Clearly, you have a lot of animosity or this is just how you are as a person. Either way, feel free to ignore my posts or write your own recaps since mine are trash. It should be easy for you. Either way, I’ll just ignore you as a user and never think about you again.- 83 replies

Didn't he grade out well against the Pats vs the run last week? I'm too tired to check. Agreed 100%. I'm curious how much of that was Daboll and gameplan and how much was crap Seattle D? -

To each their own. One less Christmas card to write. Interesting where the negativity and need to attack comes from. Maybe call the old man, get some hugs? Good luck to you. That's a good point. With the Seahawks not showing any form of rushing attack and their top 2 guys down, Bills most likely made the decision to go with pure speed guys- 83 replies

A Few Thoughts About the Seahawks Game, in no particular order
Virgil replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I never said we couldn't win, I'm saying I didn't think we would. Again, the Seahawks are on of the best teams in the league and can score a crapton of points. Our offense has not clicked in 3 weeks. If you can't understand how that might pose a problem, I got nothing for you. If we played how we did the past 3 weeks, we don't win this game. Fortunately, we brought out A game on both sides of the ball You might be right about Phillips. I thought he had a good game last week, so I still found it a little surprising. But it does seem that McD is taking his defensive line rotation to the next level this season. -

100% agreed. Lorax liked lining up with his hands on the ground. AJ just wants to run straight in. Once he got his confidence, it looked to translate to the rest of his game
