A big factor in Coleman's lack of success is Brady and the Bills coaching staff. How on this earth did they think this guy could play the X WR position? They are inviting failure for Coleman. Brady can't scheme open anyone as well. They should have never drafted him which is a Beane mistake. Coleman at best is a average big slot WR. In short, I blame the player as well as the Bills organization from top to bottom. You just can't have misses like this.

Good point. The Bills have heavily invested in the defense for years. Yet, the McD defenses have falled short year after year.

I think Brady overly focused on the run game at the expense of the pass game. Of course, running the ball is very important to an offense. However, in modern day football passing the ball effectively and down field are likely the better paths to victory. Neither can be one dimensional as defenses will adjust. Brady just has not been able to get his WRs involved. Moore, Samuel, Shavers, Shakir, Palmer, Coleman, etc...i know some of it falls on the WR talent or lack of. Injuries too. Seems like Brady doesn't know how to scheme WRs open. He calls the same plays over and over. Maybe I'm wrong but it sure seems like it. He lacks creativity, setting up plays, and is predictable. It doesn't help that besides Cook the offense doesn't really have anyone that can scare or threaten a defense. Lastly, Allen seems to be a little off. He's certainly not as elusive. He's getting tackled and sacked more than I can remember. Not sure if he's lost a step or if defenses have found some kind of formula to apprehend him. Whatever the reason; it's clear to me Brady has to go. He doesn't have it! There's no way he can be the OC next year. I'd say the same for Babich. McD has to get experienced quality coordinators on both sides of the ball. The hiring within seems to falling willfully short. Go Bills

Injuries galore. Sure hope the Bills can get a victory. Anyone think of what the Bills game plan on offense and defense will be? I suspect the Bills try to run the ball early and often. Just not sure Pittsburgh won't load the box early to stop it. I'm thinking the Bills might have to pass first to open up the running game. How will the two tackles hold up to Watt and company? On defense, it's the same old game plan vs Buffalo. Can they stop the run? Can they disrupt Rodgers in the pocket? Do they blitz to generate a pass rush? Do they load the box to stop the run? I suspect will see Allen running more. Gotta use his legs as a weapon. Also, the Steeler pass defense stinks. Can Buffalo take advantage of this weakness? I suspect a pretty low scoring affair. I think it's a field goal game either way. Go Bills!!!

Very disappointed in Williams thus far. I thought he was going to take a few steps for. -

A variety of viewpoints is what makes this forum so great. I welcome criticism as well as praise. I think a better way to say things about the Max pick is his slight frame and prior injury history. It was one of the concerns by many prior to the draft. Statements like "Hariston is going to be a stud" seems really premature and definitely an opinion based on what? You call out others for being ludicrous but perhaps you fall into that category too. Look, we all want Max to succeed. He's shown very little to date because of his injury. His speed is special but speed alone doesn't equate to a stud CB. Lots of unknowns ahead. What's known. Is Harriston needs reps and he's missing them. Valuable NFL playing time is being missed. I think it's safe to say that growing pains will occur. My hope is Max will be solid come playoff time. How realistic is this?
