I don't disagree with you on this but at some point Terry and Kim need to check the ego's at the door (they probably won't) and bring in a qualified person to run the Sabres. Who that is I have no idea maybe JD would be a good choice. It's what 10 years and no playoffs and things appear to be getting worse. If they are going to cut to payroll given the losses then wouldn't it make sense to have someone brought in who could get the most bang for their buck and maximize whatever payroll Terry allows.

Why wouldn't they be happy giving all the power to Beane and McDermott? How dare they build a championship caliber roster. How dare they build a team that won the AFC East and went to the AFCCG. How dare they build a team that is a serious Super Bowl contender in 2021. I don't know if the Pegula's have a home in WNY but they should be thankful for what Beane and McDermott have done with the Bills. If it wasn't for them then the fans in WNY would storm their place with pitchforks and knives and run them out of town given what they have done to the Sabres.

Was that the year they made an exception and had the Bears-Packers open the season because it was the 100 anniversary of the league. They wanted the NFL's oldest rivalry to open up the season. This year TB will definitely get the game at home.

It probably will be Dallas for the reasons you mentioned. Another possibility could be the Giants. They made some nice moves in the offseason to build around Jones. They are a big market NYC team that also brings in high ratings with a strong national appeal. Plus they are one of the NFL's "favorite franchises". It probably will be Dallas but I could see the Saints, Bills, and even the Giants as a possibility.

I know Brees is no longer there but NO still has a good team plus its a divisional rivalry game. I wouldn't be surprised if they were the team that plays week 1 at Tampa.

This is why I would like to start at home (1:00 game) vs the Jets. Give Wilson his baptism into the NFL in front of 72,000 (hopefully) screaming Bills Mafia.

I prefer Sunday games at 1:00 as well but I expect the Bills will be in primetime 4 or 5 times this year. What is really a pain in ass is trying to get to the game on a work night and having to get up early the next day when you are getting home late. Price to pay when we have a good team.

I like it. Its always nice to start 1-0. Who knows if it happens. If true it is strange that the league has the Bills and Jets playing week one a lot. I get that they are divisional rivals but they could throw the Fins or Pats in their as well.

You might be right. Below comment is from the Jets site for fans to guess the schedule. The Jets are hinting its Buffalo again for the season opener. The New York Jets are having a giveaway to those who can guess the 2021 season schedule of the team. The Jets social media account suggested on Twitter that the Week 1 opponent on the team will once again be the Buffalo Bills.

The only Hail Mary I like watching a replay of is the 1981 Ferguson to Leaks on the last play of the game turning what would have been a horrible loss to a bad Pats team into a 20-17 thrilling come from behind win.

Living in NJ I can tell everyone that Rangers fans are upset about these firings. They thought both JD and Jeff Gorton were doing a good job with the rebuild. The Sabres should look to speak with both of them unless the Pegula's are happy with their current FO.

Florida is definitely brutal but honestly the 1st game anywhere in September outside of a dome is brutal. I always get a nice sunburn every year at MetLife for the Jets opener. Every year when it happens I always try and remember suntan lotion for the next time but I always forget.

Same here love the all whites both current and throwback. I wish they would lose the all blues and reds and replace them with the blue over white throwbacks. If it were up to me I would have for the 8 home games 2 each of all whites current and throwback and blue over white current and throwback. I don't know if the league would allow the home and road throwbacks in the same season but if they did that is what I would do. Playoff home games should always be blue over white. Preseason go with the all whites. Speaking of the blue over white throwbacks I wonder why the Bills won't bring that back. That looks just as nice as the all white throwbacks.

One thing I am sure of is when the Bills have their home opener they will be wearing their all whites which will piss of the Bills should always wear blue over white at home crowd.

I think it will be Dallas. The whole "America's team" stuff along with Dallas being a big market team that brings in strong ratings. The Bills will definitely get their share of primetime games but I think it will be against the AFC. Chiefs, Steelers, Colts, or anyone in the division. Teams like that.
