  1. I honestly think the game at MetLife in two weeks is going to be a close one. The Bills can't "Titan" or "Bengal" that game. This one against the Jags I think the Bills win comfortably.
  2. No problem with any of it. It was 20-11 at the time. The game was realistically over with a minute left and no timeouts for the Fins. Getting the TD just confirmed it. Besides stranger things have happened. Remember the Bills - Cowboys game on MNF years ago. It looked like the Bills were going to win and the Cowboys scored a couple of times in the final minutes to pull out the win. Painful memory on that one.
  3. Exactly I think we roll with what we have and just hope Josh continues to cover up for the OL's weak play. We really don't have a choice at this point anyway. This upcoming draft I would expect Beane's top priority will be the OL.
  4. Well they did cover yesterday with that TD in the final minute. I doubt the Jags put up a fight like the Fins did. Lawrence might be special but right now he is going thru growing pains. Meyer looks one and done in the NFL. The crowd will probably be 50-50 at least and maybe even more Bills fans. Anything can happen but I think the Bills win big here.
  5. That Jets game in two weeks isn't looking like a gimme anymore. The Jets D line is pretty good and they can bring pressure. Given the Bills weak OL I could see them being dominated again just like yesterday's 1st half. The Bills should still win being the better team but I could see Allen scrambling and being under pressure all game long. Just ask the Titans and Bengals how easy is it to get a win at MetLife. Since the Jets have no shot at the playoffs they will probably treat the game against the Bills as their own personal Super Bowl. You want to see how you measure up against the top team in the division.
  6. Let me see if I understand the Dolphins thread. It's basically Fins fans.....
  7. Since the Pegula's allowed OJ to sit in a luxury box for the game I think that tells you his name isn't coming off the wall of fame. They might even put his name up in the new stadium.
  8. Need help at G. Anywhere on the OL.
  9. The OL is a concern but unfortunately I don't think they can improve it until April.
  10. Rodney Dangerfield and Ted Knight in Caddyshack
  11. I wouldn't mind seeing this uniform combo worn at home next year if they bring back the red helmets. I actually like the white over blue with red helmet better than blue over white with red helmet.
  12. They lose that one I could see Flores getting the boot.
  13. Hope they can add OL but I think improving the line wont come until next April
  14. At this point 1-6 it doesn't matter considering that the Dolphins season has already......
  15. He is doing a nice job. It is still very early but it looks like the Sabres have turned the corner. Obviously over 82 games there will be ups and downs in the season. The key will be how they handle the rough stretches. Hopefully Sabres fans can enjoy playoff hockey this year.
  16. Kevin James and Jerry Stiller
  17. Carroll O' Conner and Rob Reiner
  18. My guess on the AFC playoffs. East - Bills North - Ravens or Bengals winner South - Titans West - Chargers or Raiders winner Wild Cards Chargers or Raiders loser Ravens or Bengals loser Last spot will be a fight between the Browns, Chiefs, and maybe the Colts and Pats can get into the mix.
  19. Per the Uniform Gridiron Database website. If you scroll to week 13 it shows the Pats wearing their all dark blues and the Bills wearing their white throwbacks again.
  20. Will Ferrell and John C. Reily in Step Brothers.
  21. I have the Rams and Lions as well. I think the Lions get a win as well
  22. The Packers were without their two top receivers. When it was known Adams wasn't going to play the line jumped to 6. In my pool we make our picks early in the week so I got in on -3.5. Figured the Cards at that number at home was a good bet. Then with Adams out I thought it was a great bet. I was wrong. Not the first time or last time i am wrong when making these picks.
  23. The Isles home opener isn't until Nov 20 vs Calgary. They are currently 3-2-1 on a season opening 13 game road trip. But I am definitely going to some games this year. If you are in the NYC area or travel to this area then you and other Sabres fans should come check out a game especially when the Sabres play at UBS arena. From what "people in the know" say its a fantastic looking arena. Here is a photo of UBS.
  24. Isles fan here but good for the Sabres. They have been down for so long its nice to see them playing well again. Hope it continues all season and they make the playoffs. I can relate because the Isles were horrible for a long time as well and then things changed with Lou Lamoriello and Barry Trotz running the show.
