What teams do you fear playing in the PLAYOFFS the most?
Greg S replied to Estro's topic in The Stadium Wall
Better in the trenches on both sides of the ball, better run game and I see at least one and probably more Lombardi trophy's coming to Buffalo with Allen as QB. -
Yes they did but they also had a much better OL then this group. They could also run the ball very well with Thomas. These Bills don't have that.

This is where Beane deserves blame. Its absolutely crazy that the Bills who play their home games outside aren't built for cold weather and nasty conditions.

Playing at Alabama I doubt Jones has much experience playing in cold, windy, snowy conditions. If it is bad weather then hopefully he struggles in it. Beane deserves blame for not building a better OL. Its crazy that the Bills aren't built for bad weather games. No matter how the season plays out the Bills need to get better and tougher in the trenches on both sides of the ball.

It's definitely going to be a tough game. I don't want to call it a must win but this is as close to a must win as you can get without it actually being one. McDermott likes to use the phrase "Defend Our Dirt" when playing at home. This week that is especially true. I don't want the Bills to have to go into NE needing a win to get the split.

I think every team in the league can say that. It seems like every time their is a long pass and its incomplete out comes the yellow flag. -

While the NFC has a few strong teams the #7 seed is currently held by the 5-6 Vikings. There are about 7 or 8 teams who are in the mix for that last spot including a bunch of 4-7 teams. -

Broncos are coming on now. The SNF game next week is a good one with Denver at KC. Its the "warm up" act to Monday night's heavy weight bout. -
The Colts have arguably the best RB in football so I doubt NE will have the kind of success the Colts did running the ball. The Bills are probably going to sellout to stop the run anyway so I wouldn't be surprised to see the Pats come out throwing. This is going to be a long week to get to Monday night. The atmosphere will be off the charts insane. We definitely need Brown and Star back for this one. Losing Tre hurts but I think his loss will really show against TB with Brady and those receivers. The Bills secondary should hold up fairly well against Game Manager Jones and the Pats WR's.

Marino was a much better QB then Game Manager Jones.

I am not saying the games are going to be easy for the Bills because they won't be. Some on this board are making NE out to be this unstoppable force which they aren't. The Browns certainly have a better D-line than the Bills but the Bills have the better secondary. In that game Mac only threw for only 198 yards. He did have 3 TD's which is impressive but he is still a game manager. Bottom line if the Bills bring their "A" game they will win. Allen gives the Bills the advantage on offense. Both defenses are solid. I do expect two very close and competitive games.

They are a good team that is well coached. Our defense is also legit. Allen makes our offensive more explosive then the Pats. When the Bills D "Mike White's" Game Manager Jones and the stadium is rocking on MNF then we will see just how good the rookie QB is. Can he throw the ball downfield against our secondary. I like the Bills chances.

Week 11 Colts Week — predict the score

27-24 Bills -
Only thing with the rain and wind (especially the wind) it can make it more of a running game. Colts >>>>Bills in that area. I still think the Bills win a close.
-
Facing their biggest rival, division at stake, in primetime in OP. I am 100% confident the Bills will not come out with the same effort they had against the Jags.

One of the best things to get is one of those tents that you can use for tailgating. Easy to set up and you can stay dry no matter how hard it rains.
