  1. True but even with the Bills history the only play that is on the same level as far as collapsing is the MCM.
  2. Since we opened at home this past season I will guess a road opener this year. Season opener - at Jets. Our most common opening day opponent. Home opener - Vikings. Bills will wear their all whites (current) at home sparking outrage from Bills fans who feel they should always wear blue over white at home. Despite the fact that the Bills have been wearing white at home early in the year for years now. Fans will still be shocked they wore white at home. Also there will be a thread on this board sometime in August saying what uniform will the Bills wear for their home opener and some will guess all blues or all reds which will never happen. 4 primetime games. 2 at home. 2 on the road. at KC (SNF) at NE (MNF) TEN (MNF) GB (SNF)
  3. Because of 13 seconds I will be extremely nervous for every game the Bills have the lead in the 4th quarter especially in the final seconds. Up by 14 with 30 seconds left. I will be screaming at the TV. "Don't you dare go and 13 seconds this game now". Only when the clock is at 0.00 will I breath easy. Thanks Sean.
  4. (20) Don Van Natta Jr. on Twitter: "My latest for ESPN: EXCLUSIVE: Cowboys paid $2.4 million to settle cheerleaders' voyeurism allegations against recently retired senior team executive Richard Dalrymple. https://t.co/2PX3pwFze8" / Twitter
  5. I am hoping the Bills can build a better running game. Josh shouldn't be the main threat running. He is young now but eventually those hits will take their toll. I also hope Josh runs less next year and just throws it. Let the RB whoever that may be do the running.
  6. Bills fans will say Allen. Chiefs fans will say Mahomes. Bengals fans will say Burrow. The 4 Chargers fans will say Herbert. These 4 are the top QB's in the AFC. I would say Mahomes and Allen are the top 2 and you can rank them anyway you want. These 4 will probably dominate the AFC for the next few seasons.
  7. I am not so sure the Ravens want to start over at QB though. They probably think they can challenge the Bengals for the North. I think the decision to pay LJ is a tough one. If I am the Browns I don't pay Mayfield. Unless they draft someone I could see the Steelers trying to get Jimmy G from the 49ers. Lance is the future there anyway. I am sure Pitt will kick the tires on Wilson/Rodgers but if that doesn't happen I could see Jimmy G as a realistic option.
  8. I say one of the Cowboys, 49ers, or Cardinals will be the opponent.
  9. What do the Ravens do at QB? LJ has had some really good seasons with them so its a tough call. I think its a tougher call then the Browns have. I wouldn't pay Mayfield. For a #1 pick he has mostly been a disappointment.
  10. Same. I don't give a **** if the media and the so called "experts" say the Bills are the best team and the favorite to win it all next year. I only care about the Bills proving it on the field and winning it all in reality. Talk is cheap. I just want one in my lifetime.
  11. Good point. Surprising though given his arm.
  12. He's not going to pull a Michael Jordan and go play baseball?
  13. Both the Giants and Jets get high ratings and their are 1000 things to do in the NYC area as well. LA is bad football market.
  14. The Ravens are probably sick to their stomach seeing this. If Carr can get a 40 million per extension then I can only imagine what they will have to pay LJ.
  15. I am always in favor of improving the lines on both sides of the ball. If Beane can improve the OL then that would be great. I hope they can improve the running game with Singletary or an upgrade at that position. When your QB is your biggest threat running that is a problem. I hope to see Josh run less and throw more. We can't have the franchise taking any unnecessary shots. He will get hit enough with sacks and QB pressures so no need to add to it.
  16. The beaches, mountains, and other options will be there the other 364 days of the year. Fact is LA is a bad football market. But because of its size it still generates a ton of $$$$$ for the league which is all that matters to the Goodell and the owners.
  17. They seem to do that in the division. A combined 8-0 the last 2 years against the Jets and Fins.
  18. If/when the Bills win the Super Bowl they would have to close every business for that Monday in WNY. People would be partying all night long. Getting up for work the next day would be almost impossible.
  19. I can't see the players going for that. They already hate playing on Thursdays. I get it that the league doesn't care but that is an extremely short week from Sunday to Wednesday. On the top on the injuries playing games in such a short time span, is that really enough time for coaches to game plan, practice etc etc etc
  20. You have 364 other days for those entertainment options. For them to host the Super Bowl with the home team playing in it they should have had better numbers. Even with all the people going out to watch the game.
  21. It will be interesting to see how the USFL does this spring especially if there is no baseball. It will never get to the level of the NFL or CFB but maybe it draws enough interest to where we get football each spring. At the very least it would provide a nice football fix until the NFL starts up again.
  22. LA is Lakers and Dodgers town. It was never a great NFL market. The Rams left for St. Louis and the Raiders went back to Oakland. What does that tell you. As was already mentioned the league already made its money so they don't care.
  23. Anyone who stuck by this team in the 70's, 84-85, and the 17 straight playoff less seasons isn't losing interest now.
  24. If the league doesn't want it to be an embarrassing night for the Rams they might pick the Cardinals. A divisional rival who is a good team but whose fanbase wouldn't take over the stadium and make the Rams feel like the road team. The Cowboys, 49ers, and Bills fans would take over the place. Imagine the Rams celebrating the unveiling of their championship banner and the crowd mostly booing them.
