With Franklin still floating around I really would like to see Beane trade up and grab him.

This is fine. I’d rather focus on WR still with who was still available but I understand the pick. He could be an anchor to S position for the Bills.

Mitchell or Franklin at 60 would be nuts. I’d love it.

If Franklin falls to us at 60 I’ll be perfectly fine with the Coleman pick.

I said Franklin solely because the Bills have done a lot of homework on him and I think he's got a ton of upside without the diabetes or character concerns of Mitchell. I wouldn't hate Ladd McConkey either.

When there's so much money invested into these guys I really wonder why whatever NFL team wouldn't just hire a staff member who's only job is to make sure he's good. Seems like a good investment of 60k-70k

I've heard this about Gesicki for years and it never pans out.

I've been listening to WGR on and off again since I was a kid, I have yet to see this theory play out in practice. I'm not saying that it's impossible, but outliers aren't really important when you're talking about clear trends. Football knowledge in the general public has skyrocketed in the last 20 years because of fantasy football and analytics. Guess which crowd isn't into either?

He will be on IR in January unless he bulks up significantly. The NFL is a different beast then college ball.

Diggs was a 5th round pick. Hill was a 5th round pick. Higgins was a 2nd. Metcalf was a 2nd. There's enough examples of "good" prospects becoming elite that I'm not too concerned with the top of the 2nd vs. the bottom of the first. It's a crapshoot, and doubling up could hedge our bets nicely.

I would be shocked. He's about a pure of a slot receiver as there is this draft. Something the Bills really don't need more of in my opinion.
