  1. Then trade back into the 2nd and pick up Troy Franklin or McConkey, instantly one of the best WR rooms in the NFL
  2. That's way too much to give up. I'm fine with giving up 60 this year and I could be talked into a 2-3rd next year, but they shouldn't give up pick 33.
  3. KC isn't great at picking WRs, so it's whatever that it's KC. I'm fine with it, but this place is going to implode if we go defense with the 33 pick. Ultimately I think it's fine, just double dip at WR in the top 100.
  4. I'm absolutely fine with taking DeJean if they mortgage some picks from next year (like the 2nd we picked up) to get back in and grab 2 WRs like McConkey/Franklin/Mitchell. Everything is definitely still fine, but I can understand everyone's apprehension.
  5. I’d rather bet on more players than keeping our eggs in 1 basket. We now have 3 top 100 picks, I won’t be surprised if we end picking 3 times in the second round. We could get Cooper DeJean and two great WR prospects like Franklin and McConkey, or AD Mitchell. There are multiple WRs still on the board that I wouldn’t have minded them grabbing at 28, but now they get to do it at 33, so a cheaper rookie contract. And you picked up another top 100 pick along the way? That’s just good business.
  6. I’m sorry, is the hit rate in the first round 100%? Last time I heard it was like in the 40s. You have no idea yet if we are going to get a superstar or a meh player.
  7. Hill was lucky because of the horrific and accurate character concerns. Beane hit on a 4th and 5th round WR, and you’re trying to portray that as a negative. Rice is fine but Sky Moore is a wasted pick, Mecole Hardman is trash. The Chiefs have spent more capital on WR and have the same as the Bills to show for it.
  8. KC doesn’t even have a good track record drafting WRs and everyone is losing their minds because we let them take a twig of a human that can move fast. I don’t get it.
  9. “It says a lot about Justin Jefferson that Raegar was taken ahead of him” See how dumb that sounds? Sometimes scouts get high on their own supply and think they’re smarter than everyone else. Metcalf had off the charts measurable and fell to the end of the 2nd.
  10. The overreactions in here are insane. If AD Mitchell is your guy, he’s still there and you got added value along the way with a day to think about and negotiate trades for a veteran #1 if you want.
  11. Bills save cap and clearly didn’t want Leggette over who else is available. The move makes a ton of sense. Now you have all day tomorrow to trade for a Vet, trade back again for a big bounty, or just take the guy you want on a cheaper rookie deal then the first round. Tons of advantages to making this move.
  12. Moving back another is fine. Does anyone know the compensation?
  13. You could package with our second next year and get back into the second round probably. Then we'd still have Minnesota's 2nd next season.
  14. I don't trust the Bills to use elite speed correctly anyways. We kept grabbing value speedsters and would do absolutely nothing with them. Give me an X receiver with #1 upside like Mitchell or McConkey all day.
  15. Ehhh, Worthy wasn't the guy I would want the Bills to get anyways, so I'm okay with it I guess. I will say that if Worthy ends up looking like a superstar Beane is going to end up looking terrible.
  16. Trading with the Chiefs was not even on my radar. Wtf wild.
  17. If we trade back at least we can all pretend it's genius until tomorrow when the run on WR happens and we have to live off scraps.
  18. There is way too much value at CB for me to be comfortable with what the Bills might do. So many great WRs out there too though.
  19. I still like Mitchell or McConkey at 28. I'd still be excited with Worthy but I'd rather have someone bigger
  20. I like it a lot more then I did before the draft started. I still think you stay put though unless you're only moving 4-5 spots. There's a likely run on WR soon.
