Wife and I were in Warwick Rhode Island scouting for apartments as we were about to move there. Found a place called Smokey Bones BBQ to watch the game. All Patriot fans & I mean all Patriot fans. I had no Bills gear on. It was over from the kickoff & I had to squelch all my happiness so I wouldn't get my a** kicked. Quietest pleasure I've ever had during a sports game. The place was dead quiet literally the whole game. Surreal to be surrounded by so many people who had nothing they could say or do. It was just a beat down!

I've told this a couple of times here, but for the newbies. My buddy and I flew from NY to this game, seats in that end zone. Some of the Buffalo Jills traveled to that game and were sitting behind us. When Kelly scored everyone was jumping around, screaming hugging everybody. Not too many guys can say they hugged more than a few Jills, I am one 😀

Actually, they beat the Steelers that next week on the road. But you're right about 7 straight after that, doesn't seem like that many in a row.

I've lived around the country a bit. Add Steelers & Cowboys "fans" to that list. They watched National TV and those teams are crammed down America's throat in California, Hawaii, Idaho, Utah, Montana. Wife is Canadian, add her family being Dolphin fans, Red Wing fans, when they used to be good. We have have an advantage and a sickness being born in Buffalo area no matter where we move. We are true fans of the team we root for. If or when the Bills win the SB, it will be a world wide celebration! Go Bills! Please...just once!!

I think because BBFS is still in a lot of Bills fans. All it takes is one time & we could lose the Golden goose for a season or more. Double edge sword 🤞
