If this happens to Morse again, I hope he makes the right choice and practices acceptance. Often times, an athletes competitive nature and desire to play can override the reality of a serious injury. I hope that he can play and contribute safely.

McDermott is a good coach and he is doing the best that he can considering the roster that he inherited, and the pains that it requires to rebuild a team. The resources are there, but really good players and building a cohesive and winning team take time.The Bills have to forget about Whaley and his flights of fancy as well. They may have to take a few risks to get some impact players here to finish this team. If they start winning, Buffalo will be a more popular destination for other players.

Of course all of this takes time. The Bills had several holes to fill this year, and between the draft and free agency, there are only so many players in the talent pool. In the 2020 draft, they can hopefully address the Wr position as well as DE. Clowney would fit well in this Bills defense, and with all of their cap space, the Bills could afford him. I just hope this regime doesn't become forever rigid and overly cautious in some post Whaley paranoia.

Another interesting album I discovered years ago is entitled "Mezzanine" by Massive Attack. It is an English band out of Bristol, England falling under the genre of trip hop. Many of their songs can be heard on movie soundtracks. It is a different kind of sound, kind of like a psychedelic, post rock, escape sound.
