That four week stretch, weeks 13-16 will require the Bills to be on all cylinders, because those teams will really be coming at them. It could define their season and serve as a good indicator of their overall talent, drive and "Depth".
The Bills could conceivably win double digit games if they get off to a good start. That means smart football, creating their own breaks...and getting a few along the way.
The Bills are getting there. They took big strides this year. I believe one more good draft and the continued development of Josh Allen are key. I would like to say 9 wins and it could happen...probably 8-8.
A "God" seriously. Isn't Beane just doing the things he is supposed to be doing. He is a little shrewd and makes some moves...but let the Bills get in the playoffs first.
It didn't take long for Shady to find a new home. I am happy for him. He is reunited with Andy Reid and an AFC contender all in one day. What a way to go out.
Thats right, I remember that. Here is his opportunity to set himself up and he seems indifferent to everything. Maybe he has his reasons, or underlying issues are at play. Who knows.
Exactly...this is part of the process. Shift gears now and get on with it...break the familiarity.
What the heck does it mean anyway? I dont even like the sound of it! Sounds obscene!
I bet the Bills will be patient with Joseph. He is talented but of course he needs to be coached up. When they drafted him they knew this. Joseph also comes from a program at Florida that allowed its Lb's the autonomy to roam and create plays. Some of that may lend to Josephs discipline issues. Once the Bills are convinced that he can bare down and complete his assignments...they will trust him more.
I know, McCoy still possesses skill, but apparently the time was now to move on. Singletary is good himself and he should improve incrementally with time and experience.
Shady's time was just up. Pay cuts and bad OL play excuses would not have mattered or supercede the emergence of Singletary. The kid went out and won the job. He has arrived.
It seems to be the consensus, all of these signature moves by Beane defining his regime. But when exactly are they risks...this was coming, no matter who the gm.
