    Oh yeah...I think we all were getting a sense of shaky ground. I am not surprised by the move, though I thought it would be a little later. This is a great endorsement for Singletary.

    I know it sounds like a cliche, but there comes a time in football when in with the new and out with the old is necessary. The Bills are shifting gears and putting a new face on the offense. This is just the beginning. This stuff happens all of the time.

    Despite all of the sentiment about salary, I felt that Shady may have rebounded this year, but the Bills are obviously going in a new direction.

    Good call. It is kind of a shock that Shady is gone, but there comes a time to move on...the best players in the here and now have to start. There has also been alot of talk about performance vs salary...it is just time to move on!

    If Singletary has a good year, then there will no longer be any questions drafting him at 3rd. It is just time to pass the torch.

    Yeah...Pumas were cool too. They have brought back some of the Originals. I just bought a pair of retro Adidas Dragon.

    Wow. I woke up and Shady is gone. I guess it comes as no surprise. No trade value huh? Not even a contender.

    Yeah...after watching Johnson again, Lawson just came to mind. You are right, both are angular and turn the corner in a similar way. Lawson was fast early on with a twitch to him. Almost a Merton Hanks like movement at times. Johnson has a good presentation himself and he should continue to define his own game. Johnson does not move around like a 7th round pick and he is fluid.

    It has all been circumstance for Johnson. He emerged as a senior and his real potential and growth is now! Reminds me of a young Manny Lawson.
