    I don't even know Mike Mayock, But he strikes me as a guy who would be fair to work with...I mean you can meet him half way, or at least try. Mayock attempted to reach out to Brown like he would any other player, except Brown is no normal player.

    He is obviously a troubled guy. Even if he laughs all the way to the bank, he still needs help.

    Agreed. Beane may have attempted to approach this situation "normally" with the intention of improving the Bills. When the red flags popped up it was time to move on.

    Who knows what happened to Brown. He obviously had a meltdown, and these things dont happen overnight. Beane and McDermott may have sensed that. The performance vs behavior ratio was not worth it.

    It is a face that I will never forget! Klecko was a good player in his day, though I always thought the Klecko/Gastineau Sack Exchange was a lot of hype.

    The Raiders have lost Brown already...he has to be gone. If it is true and Brown threatened Mayock, that would constitute zero tolerance. I wouldnt pay him a dime...throw his crap to the curb.
