    I have been a fan a long time and this is the most promising Bills "team" that I have seen is some time. I see cause for optimism. I try not to worry about other teams unless they directly effect the Bills, and nor do I want to get caught up in comparisons and other bs.

    Absolutely. It is time to break this culture of pessimism. Something really good is starting to happen, so lets go with it.

    Absolutely...I thought that this was what it was all about. The Bills are on the rise and turning the corner. The loss to the Pats should strengthen them if anything. I know it is difficult, but we have to change that mind set. If not now, when is the right time.

    I was acquainted with two former NFL players...one played in 3 Super Bowls, the other was a pro bowl linebacker. I knew them both from 2 different high schools in NYS. Later on I completed several marathons. I still run if I can get motivated.

    Gore is a good guy for Singletary to emulate. Gore is a selfless player and a good teammate.

    Gore just quietly goes about his business and lets his play do the talking. He invests in himself and places an urgency on his game. If I were a teammate of Gore's, It would be humbling, and I probably wouldn't complain about much.

    If you look at past scouting reports on Roberts, he has all of the measurables of a good wr...that was some time ago, but I would like to see him in the offense.

    Oh hell yeah...Especially earlier in his career. Kelly took some big hits and ran in for scores.

    Well, even though it is late in his career, never count Brady out. He is probably getting bored now and bitching about things that never bothered him before. I still expect him to prey on weak defenses and run his numbers up.

    Who even cares about some guys plane flight. Thousands of people have lousy flights everyday...over far more important crap than this. Poor baby.

    This has not been a normal and easy rebuild either. This team has an entire new face without the usual holdovers from a prior regime. Without sounding like too much of a Beane/McDermott apologist, this stuff does take time and manpower is not always readily available when you want it.

    If the Bills make the playoffs, then McDermott wins. The inspired effort against New England is in his favor...that would be the center piece.
