    I had the Bills at 8-8. The process is moving ahead of schedule. It is happening now! They are showing much more resilience and determination than I expected at this point.

    I give McDermott an A right now based on what he is doing. We are really starting to see all of the elements of team work and discipline come in to play. McDermott is getting the very best out of the players that he has with excellent results. This process will elevate even further with additional talent.

    Some of these guys still had regular jobs. It was almost a privilege to get paid playing football! Ha! good way to supplement their incomes! Another thing that I find funny, is that fans used to walk in with cases of Genny! unreal!
