  1. Von Miller would be nice. He is still only 30 with good years left. The Broncos drafted him just ahead of us...the Bills probably wanted him instead of Dareus.
  2. Whether it is 40 points or 14 points, the Bills have to approach this game like any other. I am sure that the Bills will take it seriously.
  3. The easier wins will come with time. Right now, McDermott is getting the most out of each player that he can. Gil Brandt even stated that despite having no all pros on the team, McDermott has the Bills positioned for a playoff run. As far as most of us knew, the rebuild had a year to go...evidently not. One more draft and a few select signings by Beane will definately put the Bills over the top.
  4. The Bills are ahead of schedule and I originally felt that they needed one more good draft. That will certainly fortify the team, but it really dawned on me today that McDermott is one heck of a coach.
  5. The Tim Hortons on Niagara near Rich Products is situated in an awkward spot. I drove by and saw accidents daily. That was over a year ago before I moved.
  6. Those dreadful Braves teams of the 90's! I could not stand them.
  7. My god it was you! Your hair was longer...I remember telling you to stay awake for the encore! They played "Satisfaction"!
  8. I remember a drunk guy from the Ferguson era asking me where he was. I told him he was at a Rolling Stones concert...he may have believed me!
  9. Good...could have been worse! He did however give back to Buffalo. He participated in some urban projects and planted trees! Wasn't a total loss!
  10. I have always like Brandt's analysis. You are right though, he probably has forgotten more about football than most of us will ever know! lol!
  11. At least Lee Evans made him look good once in awhile!
  12. Tim Krumrie, The former Bills DL coach was once a wrestler. I believe he used to challenge Bills players, and he referred to it as "Taking them to the shed"
  13. Plus they can pawn the three bags of footballs!
  14. Couldn't ask for better timing!
  15. One of my first jobs...delivering the Buffalo News. 4:30 in the morning on Sunday was brutal. 120 Sunday papers that weighed a ton!
  16. I remember the game because my parents let me stay up and watch it. It was a great game. It was one of Fergie's good days as we used to say, and yeah Rashad. He would not be a Bill very long. Blanda! That guy played forever!
  17. I totally agree with you...Schobel had a natural talent for what he did. It has been awhile, but I do not remember him being labled as an overachiever to any large extent. I know that he worked hard...it showed in his play...just watching him.
  18. Classic cause and effect situation may be the result of a broken man crying out for help. As we are seeing everyday, these types of things can happen to anyone. Schobel was a hard working player that players around the league respected.
  19. Amad Rashad! George Blanda missed the 50 yarder in the end!
  20. Yeah, he came in as one of those "High energy" guys and faded pretty quickly. By the looks of it, he is not too fast with the ladies either.
  21. It helps. Monday mornings are more pleasant as well!
  22. Really? I don't remember that. Interesting. I watched him for awhile to see if he could compliment Aaron Schobel and that entire DL. Looks like his best defense now is to listen to his lawyer.
  23. He was here early millennium. 2002-2005. A rotational DE/DT plug in. He had some game to him...got lost in the shuffle.
  24. I remember him...wasn't a bad situational player. Of course there is a woman involved. I hope she is ok.
  25. It never moved! Its right where he left it!
