Yes all is fine with the team. Even McDermott woudl preach continuous improvement. But let's wait for a blocked punt to address it... Well what are we on, the 4th special teams coach in 8 years. So maybe he is or has gotten poor coaching on technique to help with the gaps. And maybe his snapping has become less accurate. Of all the resources spent on special teams LS is more important and certainly more specialized than a gunner.

Surely you know there's is a massive difference between superstar and not dressing for games. Regardless of whether it is too early to call him a Beane bust, it is a significant disappointment that a 3rd round pick cant dress for game day.

I watched the final punt roughing play again. Ferguson completely missed his block. It was a jailbreak right up the middle that probably should have been blocked. At least two of his FG/XP snaps were low and inside. Good catch and hold by Johnston. I must admit I did not pay much attention to him the first three weeks. Has anyone noticed any issues? With all the FG/Punt blocks in the league this year, he needs to be better. The almost FG block against Baltimore was not his man.

Oliver can make a huge difference unless he has to play hurt all year. My guess is Milano goes to IR to make room for one of the PED cheats. Hard to believe a 3rd round pick cant get on the field ahead of Solomon and Epenesa. Will be interesting to see who gets cut when Hoecht is eligible to return. Solomon plays a lot of special teams but Epenesa is also on kickoff coverage- at least today he was not sure about weeks prior. Sanders looks hopeless out there right now. If Ogenjobi isn't cut Sanders wont be dressing for game day. DT takes a long time to develop. DE not so much which is why Im more concerned about Jackson than Sanders.

Yeah I felt that in the moment too. But 3rd and 4th and 1, the o-line didnt hold up. That trick play needed to be the third down call and then you let Josh roll out on 4th down. That little pass/hand off to Shakir was similar to what Penn State ran to tie Oregon Saturday night. Very nice design. Terrible execution

He can't play defense Its hard to argue the 30+ a game isn't working, but Josh looks handcuffed in these game plans. Last year the pass set up the run. This year they are trying so hard to use the run first. And everybody eats is costing the Bills feeding the ball to our best playmakers in Shakir and Kincaid. Coleman should be 3rd in targets well behind those two. Pats won with Gronk and either Edelman or Welker getting the majority of the targets.

Not sure, but someone during the game posted after that TO they still only had 10 men on defense for the 2pt conversion. Anyone know if that is true?
