  1. The only people who thought EJ Manuel had more than a snowball's chance in hell of becoming a legit starting QB after year 1 were Bills fans whose desire for a good QB overrode their judgment. He had a couple of ok games early, but it quickly became apparent that he just didn't have it. Todd Mcshay was dead on with his analysis.
  2. I keep a sign on my door that says "***** Mongols: You Are Not Welcome!" Because my virtue-signal game is strong.
  3. He'd do well in New York's 14th congressional district.
  4. Show me a liberal speaker who has been run off by violent riots. Show me a left-wing rally that's been disrupted by violent right-wing counter-protesters. Show me the Democrats being accosted in public. Show me the liberals who are afraid to speak their minds for fear of reprisal. It's not the same on both sides. The right thinks the left is stupid. The left thinks the right is evil.
  5. I'm stealing this.
  6. You've got it backwards. President Trump has the votes to get what he wants. It's the Dems throwing a temper tantrum & refusing to allow a vote. They're clearly not standing on any principle. This is pure politics & they're pitching a fit because they don't want the President to make good on his promise.
  7. We're unable to learn lessons from the history of Nazi Germany and the holocaust because any productive discussion is upended by some moron yelling "Godwin's law" or crying "Nazi" if anyone deviates from the worst version of the story. Questioning particular reports or estimated numbers from the lolocaust, or questioning whether it sits atop the list of historic atrocities does not make one a holocaust denier, Nazi sympathizer, or anti-semite. When you can't have an honest exploration of history for fear of such accusations, that history is lost and popular mythology takes its place.
  8. He's done. He might be able to stick on a roster for another season but his time as a difference maker is over. He had a good run. Time to ride off into the sunset.
  9. Someone may pay Bell $15+m/season but that doesn't make him worth it. He's a system guy. Everyone they plug in puts up numbers. Hard pass.
  10. You're comparing a mouse to an elephant, as Bill Maher would say.
  11. "The wall is racist" may be the dumbest stance I've ever seen either party take on an issue. It's an indefensible position that no one, including those saying it, actually believes, and it leaves the true intent behind the opposition naked for all to see. The only policy logically consistent with that position is open borders. The Democrats have now taken the mantle of the open borders party, and they've assumed ownership of the shutdown. Unless, of course, they can sell the story that the people who want to allocate trillions of dollars to open ended projects suddenly draw the line at a one time $5b expenditure. But no one's buying that one.
  12. It's an open forum, dipsh!t. I know it burns you up that everytime you try to hang a new scandal on President Trump you're burdened by the concrete examples that prove you excuse worse behavior with stronger supporting evidence when the person is of the right party. You are personally inconsequential, and your double standard is little more than hypocrisy. You can hold two irreconcilable positions and still claim to be right simply by saying "whataboutism," and it doesn't matter. But when those in power start acting on such a basis it is dangerous & illegal. When laws are selectively applied only to certain people and not others, based on who they are, they cease to be laws and become tools of corruption & oppression. It takes a very narrow & short-sighted mind to embrace such measures simply because it feels ideologically aligned with those perpetrating the corruption at the moment.
  13. It was a direct response to a question about the Clintons, moron.
  14. Come with something resembling a reasonable argument and you shall receive the same in return. Arguments that rely on dog whistle theories supported by confirmation bias do not warrant serious consideration.
  15. Well, we know the Clinton foundation received millions of dollars in "donations" from foreign governments while she was Secretary of State and Chelsea used foundation money to pay for her wedding and living expenses. We also know that FBI agents investigating "pay to play" were told to "stand down" by the DOJ. That's just the tip of the iceberg wrt Clinton foundation, but these are things we know. WRT her use of a private server to circumvent Federal law pertaining to the handling of classified info, we don't even have to get into deleted emails, smashed phones, secret meeting with the AG, or servers that were wiped with a cloth. James Comey laid out the case that proves she violated the law, but said he would not prosecute because ???.
  16. Case in point.
  17. Yes, and it is now considered anti-Semitic to criticize him by name.
  18. Sounds like the judge is vying for celebrity status among the DC liberal elite.
  19. What does that mean?
  20. What points are those?
  21. My wording was a bit ambiguous.
  22. This investigation has long since crossed the bounds of propriety, assuming it was ever appropriate in the first place. However, selective prosecution and political impeachment was what I was referring to specifically.
  23. It's more than petty and childish; it's corrupt to its core. The abuse of power to undermine the constitutional processes that safeguard the Republic is about as corrupt as it gets.
  24. That's not why he receives constant backlash. Are you claiming that you and your left-wing cohorts give half a sh!t about the merits of this investigation? If you did you wouldn't have to cry "whataboutism" when faced with the overwhelming evidence that your interest is entirely political.
  25. "Whataboutism" is the left's new favorite word. It means you have effectively pointed out that they are completely full of sh!t and they have no answer for it.
