Turnovers will kill you as will sloppy play - penalties. With that said they knew running would be tough sledding. I just think we needed to go the Tom Brady route, and dink and dunked them to death with the slot, RB’s and TE’s until they stopped crowding the line, then the running game opens back up.

Corners are very good, against the pass the safeties and LB especially when stacking the box to stop the run, not so much. Instead of trying to run into a wall we should have gone short to the TE RB or slot. Hit enough of those NE has to make a defensive change which most likely allows the run game to open. I agree! Thought Brady did a bad job adjusting to NE was doing.

Didn’t like Brady not adjusting to get the Pats out of loading the box. He made it too easy on them and didn’t make them pay. A few more RPO’s to the wide outs TE’s or Cook/Ty on some quick hitters to loosen them up would have been helpful. Maybe then the Cook might have broke a few for longer runs.

Last night was the Hochuli show he needs to get his guns air time. It completely ruined the game flow and experience. The NFL needs to look at this clowns crew. Sometimes you keep the flag in your pocket, if it’s not egregious… you can make calls on almost every play if you look hard enough.

Because Josh was roiling right and Samuel was on the opposite side of the field back turned going in the opposite direction. Tough toss throwing opposite side there!

Defense couldn’t make stops, Milano is done (no replacement), Tre on Diggs? That’s a move a defensive guru makes? For all the bodies we threw at the defensive end, we have the same old issues. Is BB making the wisest moves? Two FA suspended. No WR1? We can’t seem to get the ball deep, last night NE was tough on the run, we knew that and went more to the TE’s. Last night was more about penalties and turnovers but I still see a lot of the same problems that have plagued us year to year. Where’s the blame lie for that?

Need to make a move for at least 1 wr that can create space. We ran plenty of play action last night and had time but no one could get open. Maybe Brady screwed the pooch, TE ‘s were making catches, so maybe he should have gone there more and maybe toss a few to the RB out of the backfield until the shorter and mid game stuff dried up, NE’s tougher against the run. The defense did get some pressure on Drake but our secondary was getting roasted especially Tre. Milano is done, LB is another big weakness. I worry more about roster makeup than I do about McClappy coaching. It’s criminal we don’t have a legit wr1 for Josh and for all the manpower we supposedly threw at the defense we have the same old issues. Has BB been making the wisest moves?

Just one of those nights, game plan seemed off, too many flags, our defense has too many missing pieces. It just never looked right.

Agree but the defenses inability to stop the run and not get off the field in 3 or 4th down situations is troubling.

Well hopefully when we get the suspension players back and a bit healthier the defense improves. Miami is fast. We struggle with speed. We’re old and slow in the secondary. We played off their guys giving them too much space to operate. Add that we weren’t getting to Tua with any consistency, we had issues. Fingers crossed we can improve.
