  1. I'm thinking we need a FB in the third round.
  2. He is a Mike Williams type guy. He is a RT projected to move to left. He cannot just plug in to the left and will have to relearn that side. Add to the fact that he has offfield issue give him a lot of questions.
  3. Marv has to go down his draft list and starts calling players that he can get at a minimum contract. Hell why doesn't Marv just go hang out at the day labor building or 7-11 and get a team each Sunday morning. No benefits, and they work cheap. The only problem might be that they want the new National Anthem to be sung.
  4. We only gave up one pick. We got one for two. So we only gave up one.
  5. I just thought it was kind of ironic that a #1 DE's poster was behind Bush while interviewing him.
  6. behind Bush when they were interviewing him?
  7. Seems a perfect match for JP. They can soap each others back in the shower after each practice.
  8. Sinorice Moss, make it happen Marv. One more short, speedy receiver who can't get more then 50 catches per year in TD's honor.
  9. I am sure it didn't stop anyone else.
  10. I didn't know that. That could make a difference if they ask any input from Smith.
  11. And what if the collective trust of the Bills coaches, front office, and scouts decide that losman isn't it. Do you go along with that?
  12. Regardless of whether Big Bad Oil is sticking it to us or not, it's a free market economy. We cannot start regulating every business to ensure they don't make too much money. I am sure noone cares when they lose money. If you don't like it find alternative transportation, get a hybrid, or find another way not to have to buy so much, that will reduce the cost through the age old marketing concept of supply and demand.
  13. I believe you are correct. They were unwilling to match the 3rd for Travis last year, but everything I heard was they were the likely candidate for Travis Pet Rock Henry. They have needed a good running back for a while, and this would help with the development of Smith quite a bit. In addition NO needs defensive help and none of the defenders are worth a #2 at this point/.
  14. Rosanne Barr is the third member of the menage.
  15. I like the Atrain signing. My biggest issue with him, is he has always been very out-spoken about never wanting to play special teams. I believe that a backup running back has got to help out where ever possible and that includes ST's.
  16. To add to what Flomoe say, BA was a RT. maybe the goal is to move him back to his natural position, where pulling, etc.. are less of a need. Where we go with his strength which is pile driving folks.
  17. reel Seriously I agree with you. Damn that's twice in a week. Glad to see you notice the importance of LBers.
  18. I like the scene from Evolution: "There's no time for lubrication!" "There's ALWAYS time for lubrication!"
  19. I am sorry, but I didn't see that press conference , where they said Anderson was worse. In fact what I heard was Reyes said he was not the starter but would have a chance to try to become one, and that the Bills would like him to compete for the LG position. Usually when a "big" FA is signed they are pretty much told it is their job. The Bills depth chart and everything being said, means Reyes is a backup. Oh and just to add on, the rumor is they really want him to push for RT and be the starter there. What's that tell you about Peters?
  20. I just sa this ad the other day, and thought of you LA. http://www.nationwide.com/images/other/gondola.jpg
  21. Who stole BF's account? There is no !@#$ing way that he has any chance of coming up with that. Hell I doubt he could spell Nixon correctly.
  22. Except he is already in the depth chart and listed as third string behind Preston. I could see if he wasn;t even there, but to have it listed as "3rd String" means something. And BTW, Anderson may not be a probowler but he is a lot better then folks here give him credit for.
  23. Reyes is not the answer. There is a reason that rightup says he will need to move to the left side and he will compete for the job. Means, he isn't that good, he knows it, the Bills know it, and they still list fat Bennie as the starter for a reason. This is true of other positions where Royals, Bowens, Tripplet, Peerless who were also signed have already been tagged first string. Reyes may wind up winning the job, but right now it's still Andersons.
  24. For everyone but you Bill. That want to keep it upscale this year.
