Tough to figure what they are thinking. Given John Brown's past inability to stay healthy I would assume Foster sticks. Nobody else has that type speed.
My best guess:
Brown
Beasley
Roberts
Foster
Jones
Williams
week 3 used to be a dress rehearsal and starters would usually play at least first half with maybe the exception of rbs I expect Allen to play a half or close to it if they look sharp in their first 4 or so drives
Yup, the young guy is learning to throw guys open by anticipating windows and yes if Zay makes that catch last week we'd have been hearing about Allen last week Amazing how one or two plays make or break a game
Offense looks night and day from last years pre season Depth is finally nfl quality It s a long season and Bills finally have good backups at a lot of important positions to withstand the 16 games of attrition. O line isn't top 10 but I wont think will be the turnstile it was last year It was nice just to see screens run properly This is a nfl team that can compete week in week out and not have to hope for a +3 turnover differential each week and 50 yard field goals to eke out a close win. Call me a homer but so far the Bills improved the most of the afc east teams Dolphins are a hot mess. Jets I think may be a improved but I believe will start slow. Brady is a year older and no Gronk
Really looks like he has worked very hard on the routine qb stuff. Making the quick read and taking what the defense was giving him was on clear display last night . The pass down the seam and the effortless throw to the TE over the defender reminds you of his 99% percentile arm. I'm excited to see if he keeps his cool once the more exotic looks and pass pressure packages arrive with regular season play.
I havent watched the Pats in pre season at all I expect the Bills to push the Pats hard this year. I figure the Pats to be run heavy on offense. Long as Allen keeps the chains moving and the defense can rest we should see an end to the 1 blowout loss and 1 close loss we seem to have every season with the Cheatriots
Maybe they shop Zay Jones? John Brown and Robert Foster are speedsters and somewhat alike in skillset Beasley is the slot have to think McKenzie comes closest to his skillset Is there a drop off to keeping Duke Williams over Zay?
I think we finally have nfl talent and depth all over We havent faced a quality nfl starter yet and I too am underwhelmed by the push upfront But Allen looks calm and cool and Beasley looks like a difference maker. I'm a little concerned at rb but then again we could be a mostly passing offense if the O line continues to hold up
