I hope to see some reaches early and the Bills trading down Someone was talking daniel jones to Giants at #6 We need a bunch of that and maybe a blue chipper falls into their lap at 9
I hope not Hughes is productive and has a reasonable salary. Bills already have trouble against the run so why chance a undersized end especially in a loaded defensive draft
Oliver
Christian Wilkins
Jawaan Taylor
Jonah Williams
Hockensen
Metcalf
I'm ok with them sliding down because I'm fairly sure one of these guys besides Oliver along with DK Metcalf will be there mid round
Should be exciting but in a different way that last year. 2018 was all about getting a QB 2019 is all about leveraging those 10 picks into hopefully the best shot at 3 impact players At least that is what I hope Beane will try and achieve. They have lots of options and picks this year so I expect a lot of activity with moves up and down
I won't be shocked if not only the Cards pass on him but other qbs get drafted ahead of him Every year the media hype machine manufactures a storyline that doesn't match what actually happens. Might be a tough night for him I don't believe he is the unanimous #1 qb on every teams board He's still 5" 10 and that might not be a 1st round qb in many teams eyes. As a Bills fan I hope he and a bunch more get picked ASAP pushing down other talent
Metcalf should have never run the 3 cone. Big tall long striders are not going to do well in that test. I think its him or Oliver . If both are there maybe they gamble and move down.
If they do trade down it has to be to package something together to get more 1st or 2nd round picks They dont need more picks they need a better % chance of landing above nfl avg starters at 3 spots
He had that gruesome leg injury where he got caught in a pile and his leg broke at the need and folded the wrong way I think that ended football for him
Barry Sanders, not old enough to have seen Jim Brown play but he's the only other one in the conversation. Ironic that both walked away from football while still on top and at near their peak
If he's there at #9 I have no problem with it. Seems they like to reach for the sky on their early picks and his ceiling is crazy. Your taking about a huge, fast pass catcher with high point skills and a massive catch radius. Cone drill is irrelevant This isnt a jitter bug who needs to do double moves to get separation.
Foster is more likely to be the most productive wr on the roster than getting cut. Judging Allen just by his stats without taking into context what the Bills had going on seems silly. Lets see what he looks like with even a middle of the road O line and wrs that might actually be able to get open right away.
