    I’m not too worried. That team has more holes than Swiss cheese. They literally traded away an all pro DB and a Pro Bowl LT. Those will take at least two of those firsts, assuming they hit on them. Picks only do you good if you hit on them. Miami needs to hit on the rest of their firsts and their firsts next year AND have Tua not bust. That’s a lot of If’s.

    Chargers have to go QB at 6 no matter who Miami takes at 5, right? You can’t actually go into a season with Tyrod as your starter.

    I think it’s naive to think they didn’t have at least one. Even if they take lower value than the trade chart shows, it’s still a win. You’ll get your cornerback or a comparable corner later in the first.

    For sure. A CB isn’t going to help them much this year. He could step in and instantly be a lock down corner and they still aren’t winning much with that roster.

    It’s just not enough value taking a CB here. Trade down and still get a good corner. Just way too high to take a corner top 3.

    I don’t care how good the cornerback is. I would be pissed if my team was drafting 3rd overall and took a cornerback.

    So, why doesn’t Detroit go QB here? Assuming they don’t. It’s tough to draft this high in the NFL. And you have to draft this high to get a good QB prospect. You can get a good CB prospect anywhere in the first.
