I like this idea. Because both sides of the aisle have been putting up absolute bottom barrel candidates for years. Trump, Hillary, Biden, Harris. Not to mention the absolute dinosaurs Pelosi and McConnell. All pure trash that shouldn’t be running a kennel, nevertheless a country. What we really need is a viable third party. But if it hasn’t happened in the past 8 years, it is never happening.

I’d say this is quite the modest stadium by NFL standards. They couldn’t have gone much cheaper.

I haven’t read up on this, but how would it even work? Do you just report your gains/losses every year? What if I get taxed on unrealized gains this year and the investment turns into an unrealized loss the next year, do they refund the money? I’m in the camp that the tax code needs to be simplified more than it needs to be made more complex.

On the bright side, those of us who have already purchased homes should see inflated home valuations out of this. They aren’t ever going to fix the supply side, and they are just increasing the demand side.

It’s not just her. It’s the same as Biden, Trump, McConnell, anyone. These guys have been in politics for 20+ years and then suddenly they are going to fix some major issue. The only amazing part is that people fall for it.

If Harris can magically fix housing if elected, why hasn’t she in the past 3.5 years?

Been a great start to the season

I do wonder if this would have been done if the person wasn’t completely famous. Just kidding, I know the answer to that question.

I’m sure the franchise wouldn’t have the plan of folding the season. But it’s undoubtedly what would be best for the team. If Allen goes down you aren’t winning unless your backup QB happens to be Tom Brady. If the Bills can grab a top 10 pick. That could be an unstoppable addition.

That’s it. It’ll actually be a net negative for me as I already own my home. Maybe in the name of equality she can give us all a retroactive payment.

I like it, good idea, but I’m not sure right now would be the time to implement it. Have to spur construction for a while first or you’re just going to add fuel to an already overheating housing market. Especially on the starter home end, the market is fierce.

There is not a team in the league I’m hoping who underperforms as much as the Texans. Hoping that first place schedule smacks them in the face.

Not sure I’d be a fan of paying much to a kicker in most cases.

Cousins is extremely serviceable and Penix has potential. They actually did well to retool the position without a top 5 pick, which is exceedingly difficult these days. It’s not like they are the Broncos or Raiders here.

This recent incursion by Ukraine, while a great propaganda/morale move, seems to have put their troops in an extremely vulnerable position. From the map I saw, all Putin has to do is cut off their escape back to Ukraine, and he has thousands of Ukrainian troops stuck in Russia with no means of re-supply.

He was going to be cut anyways. Just makes the decision easier.

He’s going to get over drafted this year considering he IS Justin Jefferson. I don’t plan on being the one to do it.

Yikes. So it really is Sam Darnold the entire year. That 2nd rounder could easily be the first pick in the 2nd round.
