  1. But dammit we signed him yesterday.....What is TD doing? he should have signed him two weeks ago
  2. Shhhhhhh! The phrase, if you don't have anything good to say, don't say it, seems to apply here. The Catholic church like all religions and the body politic have a great deal of negative history, however we are discussing the the probable passing of not only a great world leader, but a wonderful human. He, nor those who follow him will ever be able to fully repair the wrongs of history, but neither will our current president or those who follow him be able to right all the wrongs in our nations great history. Like the United States of America the Catholic Church and its leaders do far greater good deeds than bad. Thank you John Paul II - God Bless.
  3. This is fun.......It's like sitting at a boxing match.........he throws a left, and a right and another left.....ewwwwww.....did you see that hook........oh my........(background) get your hot dogs, get your hot dogs....(back to the action)........
  4. Ticket prices for the Saints in 2005 have actually gone down per their website. The Saints game may actually have more Bills fans than Saints fans based on the number of Bills fans who have expressed intentions of going to this game. The French Quarter should be very ineresting that weekend.
  5. Nice research work......Thank you! I'll make my reservations in New Orleans as soon as it's out!
  6. Good thoughts and prayers......
  7. Most likely next Thursday as it usually comes out after the Owners meetings are finished (This week) and most news out of NFL is on Thursdays, for USA Today's weekend edition and weekend coverage for others.
  8. I like lacrosse, never played it, but I like it. The idea of tounge in cheek would work if he created some balance in the article, this thing came off as a non-stop attack on something the man knew (knows) very little about. He deserves every bit of the lasshing he is getting.
  9. He sent me the same reply....so weak!
  10. The hope is for an analogy with the Bills.
  11. I was let go from my first ever coaching job about a dozen plus years ago, new head coach came in kept two guys threw the rest of us out. For a long time I bitched about how I was wronged, that this guy knew nothing.......That very year he he won a District Championship with his new staff. He is still an ass though
  12. Bobblehead....Your post's are now being err posted, at the water cooler. I hope this is not a copyright issue
  13. How about this sign at the Ralph? "Nick, How does one fire a Priest?"
  14. Link or network please.
  15. UConn..........It's nice that their are folks out there who actually still think the Super Bowl and it's associated events are for us fans. Sorry the parties and most of the game tickets are for Corporate sponsors and the folks who run those companys. And the great majority of those people want to pack warm weather clothes not boots, mufflers and chapstick. Don't get me wrong I would love to see the game in Chicago, Buffalo or even Green Bay, but alas it won't happen.
  16. Ralph has been consistant with regards to Super Bowl locations. He thinks it should ALWAYS be in a warm weather city. The Super Bowl is more than a game it is an event, a two week event with hundreds of parties (outdoor events).
  17. OFF TOPIC????? Oh my friend, if there ever was an ON TOPIC thread for The Stadium Wall this would be it. Thank you! Hey SDS what's up with..........
  18. 8-track......my mom won a 8 track player in a raffle, installed in the 73 Olds Cutlas (sp). Greatest thing to have in a car at the time until you had to jam folded paper under the tape to keep it on track.
  19. This frustration by some wallers is almost too funny. And national scribes writing about the decline of the Buffalo Bills is even funnier. As someone who still remains a big Drew Bledsoe fan, I am also the fan who has said over and over that DB can't win the big game. I believe that if Lossman stays healthy he will give us a chance in big games, or at least grant me some hope. The loss of our two big guys, may have an impact; On the defensive side of the ball we already have players on the payroll that will more than take the place of big Pat. The loss at O-line hurts a bit more, and could be a tougher void to fill, however, its a long way off before September 11th and with the current free agency period, the draft, the manuverings that could be done around the draft, and the June 1st cuts, the people at One Bills Drive (who know a hell of a lot more than us) will do what is best for this team. As far as those national media folks go, screw 'em, they only will say good things about the Buffalo Bills when we are sniffing at the Super Bowl, they will jump on the band wagon and proclaim their knowing of how great the Bills were going to be all along. And we will cut and paste their articles and proclaim how knowledgable those media folks are"
  20. Clarett is an easy one, you treat him like the behavior problem he is. If he is still available after the draft, you call him about the time they are putting up the folding chairs at draft headquarters and offer him the standard rookie free agent deal, but then offer him an insentive.........Do what your told, keep your mouth shut, be a good boy, stay healthy, and at the end of the season you'll find a nice Christmas bonus, but cause one bit of trouble, embarass this team, don't even bother speaking with the coaches, just clear out your locker and go home. The kid has talent, but I would not waste a draft pick on him.
  21. Nice to hear from you G!
  22. A......Freekin.....Men!
  23. So a city that elects the likes of those "leaders" in Buffalo should have a say in Anything? YIKES!
