It seems pretty funny that we want to call them kids when its convienent for us and when it convienent for us, we expect them to be adults. It makes me crazy this "child" made a bad choice for her class schedule, but where was her counsler? How does this "choice" by the school help anyone. If we want our kids to be kids then we real adults better start helping those kids make those adult choices.

Greenpeace like all "political" organizations (left and right) bend and sometimes break the rules they push for, however, as critical as many of you seem to be of Greenpeaces actions, leads me to wonder if you actually think the "law" they broke is a bad law? Just wondering and just wondering why this hasn't been moved to the PPP?

I checked a compare salary web site (many of them) and it says that 60k is equal to about 46k in Albany, NY. I assumed you could relate to Albany. Hope this helps. McClean is quite expensive as is all of NoVa and suburban MD, we lived in College Park, MD (from Rochester) for about three years in the early ninties and it did take some financial adjustments on our part.

Living in Richmond for 12 years now, I try and try but I just can't do the NASCAR thing. I will admit that night racing on TV looks pretty cool and I will watch the last 20 laps of any race, just for the competition. To all those going, I thank you for pumping money in the Richmond, Va-gin-ya economy.

Once again I was at the end of my seat watching this show. I hope I don't find out later that they stage some of these"conections" ala the WWE. I would have been happy with the winners or Rob and Amber, the POW and the Beauty Queen should have been gone a long time ago. I can't wait for the next season!

No, we have discussed this here before, and I got to thinking about it while walking through Wegmans in Fairfax on Saturday (God I love it when my daughter has swim meets in NOVA) but it's time for a good old upstate NY clam bake. Steamers, corn, salt potatos, BBQ Chicken, a keg of Genny and some pop for the kids. Happy Birthday to Mrs Pooj!

As of last Friday the exact date for single game tickets is July 16th. Group sales start June 11th.

Is it possible to buy four tickets as part of a group order someone may have working out there? Either through the May 18th or 21st buy date...Please..grovel...please...grovel..... God this feels so dirty.

If I have missed this topic earlier, please direct me.....Since we (Eric in VA) has had such great sucess with a group ticket buy in New Orleans. Have we considered a group ticket buy for any home games? "I'm leaning towards the Denver game". Group tickets are not as deeply discounted in Buffalo as they are in New Orleans, however, one real advantage is that group tickets go on sale (groups of 15 or more) on June 11th as opposed to single seat (less than 15 tickets) on July 16th. I realize many of you have season tickets (Thank you for your continued support) but for those who don't have season tickets and/or those of us that live out of town, should we start the conversation? Again if this is pinned somewhere please advise. We are a BIG group!

The media just loves this stuff and saddly so do we! To those who think she should be charged, I say for what? So we can spend more money? So we can give the media outlets a greater opportunity to sell more advertising? Maybe the authorities in New Mexico could charge her with lying to them about being abducted, however she seemed to have changed that story very quickly! She did not ask the media whores to set up shop in front of her house, she is a single woman who got cold feet and ran. No evidence of foul play, but the media, looking for it newest Laci Peterson gleens onto it and the authorities, as always fall for it, hook, line and sinker. If the media thinks it's big and MSNBC, FOX and CNN show up we better hold press conference's and bring out the cadaber (sp) dogs. Yeah this (yes probably a little nuts) girl got cold feet and ran away, she should have at least called someone, left a message or a note, but to charge her with a crime? Move those media trucks off the property and let it go!
