As someone who prides himself on the abuse he gets from his liberal and consevative friends, I do admit that I tend to sit just a wee bit to the left of the fence on most issues. That said, JimBob you are right on target here! This issue is one of the scariest rulings I have seen come down in a very long time. If ever there was time for a constitutional amendment this issue just might be it. NONE OF US ARE SAFE! At least not from greedy local politicians. The only sense I can make out of this ruling is that, maybe, just maybe the court is saying, put it on the voters, if they don't want private property taken for "future tax benifits" to the locality, then throw the elected ones out.

It took a day to recover, and the scary thing is I drank only one margarita, that's it, proof once again, that I am growing older.......but not up. 17th show and it is still sooo much fun. During intermission he did a video tribute to Johnny Carson, which was really nice. And Alaska, I am pretty sure I smelled that familiar sweet smell.

Oh the hell of youth cheerleading...my oldest did it for three years and one competition.........I am so thankful for competitive swimming, soccer and lacrosse. I would send them the $24.00 and offer to pay whatever the law allows for, ( you indicated 5%) and put the ball in their court. Show up on the first day of practice and continue being a great dad.

Show pits two people going to work for the first day, different locations and they must get fired as close to 3:00pm without going over. The person who gets fired the closest to 3pm wins $25,000.00.
