The first factor as to whether they qualify is the money … they need to get around a minimum of $2.8m a year ( from memory last year )…. Haven’t seen the money yet for Clapp and Toohill but my guess would be that they will be under this figure

I’ll pass on him … not because he isn’t a good player or doesn’t have one more good year left in him …. But I’ll go the field stretching speed guy instead … or another guy in the draft with some upside that can make a difference for the next couple or years … not just 1 like Kupp The problem is that they are married to Samuel one more year … they need more from him next season … lots more

Considering they haven’t really landed a big fish … this FA has still been a bit more lively for the Bills than I anticipated … I have found it hard to get motivated this season to do my usual draft study as I thought they would be trading those top 60 picks … that’s clearly not the case so might have to start cramming …
