Not at all Josh Allen is the future of course. But if McBeane isn’t tanking then I think Barkley should get another start. It wouldn’t hurt Allen to sit and watch a QB go in command the huddle and win games. Which was what McBeane originally wanted anyway. Allen has a lot to learn mentality and physically in this game. If Barkley can go in and continue to play the way he has it would help Allen learn more and actually give him substance to believe in. Like ok this dude is doing this like this and it’s actually working Agreed I don’t think Barkley is our future. But I do believe if he can produce wins. It would help Allen’s development. Because right now he is learning from people who have performed poorly so somewhere in the back of his head he has to think well clearly what you are telling me isn’t working for you. It’s human nature. So I think to watch a Vet QB win games would greatly help Allen. Then maybe 3 or 4 games left put Allen out there. Unless Barkley is on a tear which I highly doubt. But the plan was for Allen to sit all season. Or for atleast the majority of the season, so if you have a chance to win games and go back to your original plan why not do so?

Lol yeah you are allowed to be concerned when it comes to football only though. But seriously what do you think. I mean I know the first year of a rookie QB is filled with ups and downs. But growth is the main thing you would like to see if growth. So what if he shows none? I mean obviously they aren’t drafting another QB yet. But do you think they worry and do you think us as fans should worry? Or no matter what we shouldn’t worry till end of next year

I believe you go with the hot hand and start Barkley. I think he earned himself one more start. I understand Allen is the future but they originally wanted him to sit anyway. But what if he does start and looks the same or worse then he did before injury? He was making some better throws in the Texans game. He didn’t play great but he looked alittle better so what if after sitting and learning from Anderson and all that he doesn’t look any different then what he did before the injury? Do we start to worry? I mean the main reason Josh Allen was even considered such a high pick was because of Carson Wentz and their numbers are no where near the same

My cousin is in the minors for the Angels and he has been sent to 4 different locations so far. He says they still take care of you and it is primarily all about baseball.

Wow that’d be interesting. I don’t think that happens but it’s possible. The giants main issue is there OLine. If Eli has time he can still win games. He has never been a QB who can play at an effective level without good protection. I do think Kyle Luletta will actually become a decent QB in this league if developed properly. But I just don’t see the Giants releasing Manning unless he is used an escape goat. Do you have any idea how much of a cap hit they’d take? And how much he is set to make?

Eli has a no trade clause and has already said he will not remove it. So unless that changes he isn’t going anywhere

Lol don’t get mad I was just saying they were passed by multiple teams and both on their way to living ordinary lives. Nor do I think Barkley is a starter. But Barkley has always been able to put up numbers it’s his INTs that was an issue. You never know people take longer to adjust anything is possible that was the point.

Same thing I got from what McDermott said Yeah but “anything” could give him a setback. I feel like McDermott was basically saying that because he plans to start Barkley and use Allen’s elbow as an excuse. I mean you never know but unless McBeane is tanking you have to go with Barkley until he falters. The game plan was for Allen to sit anyway but I also think now that he started he should continue. So once Barkley does falter Allen should be immediately put back in. I believe Barkley only earned himself one more start.

I’m just saying he is looking a lot faster and was getting separation on his routes. We never even gave him a chance knowing he was no where close to what he was suppose to be. Just another move by McBeane to make it look like they tried to fix something they don’t know how to. Lol I never said that. It was known he was out of shape and lost interest. He shown that it was because he was in Cleveland. Once he got here he began putting in effort and was never given a chance. So why even pick him up if you just gonna cut him without the proper amount of time

If anything Peterman should be posting a sorry for my services thread. He got paid extremely well for losing us multiple games and got a chance a lot of people would dream of multiple times. The people who feel sorry for Peterman are the same ones who believe everyone should get a trophy. This is the new generation and exactly why this world is getting soft as *****

I knew he would get back into football shape and be a difference maker. He lost his passion in Cleveland from the moment he was drafted. Unprofessional but I mean ***** happens. I knew we should have gave him some time to get his ***** together again. He said he is rejuvenated and will show Buffalo why he was a first round pick. He is looking a lot faster then he did in the preseason and I think he would have been a good addition to this lowsy group of receivers we currently have.

I agree but it comes down to Allen. If he fails we go no where.

Matt Barkley coming out of college had all the tools but never had a strong arm. So he fell in the draft and no he’s never been given a chance. But he’s never really earned one either. He has put up some decent yards but he throws more INTs then he does touchdowns. I believe he earned himself one more start. I mean if McBeane isn’t tanking like they say then you have to go with the hot hand. They wanted Allen to sit and learn anyway.

He does not call a great game every week and has been highly predictable. My 8 year old knew what the Bills offense was going to do I’m pretty sure an NFL defense could figure it out. He did have a great game today though. Daboll gets weird and over thinks and ends up running the ball way to often thinking he is surprising someone.

Anderson is like 50 years old lol and he didn’t sign up for playing. He thought he was a mentor. Barkley was hungry and he played that way. He hasn’t been on a team since preseason he got a chance and took it. Barkley coming out of college had all the tools. The only thing he lacked was a big arm and that’s why he has never been anything but a back up. But he studied his ass off and you have to condemn him on his effort and his will to get back on an NFL roster.

He definitely played way better then anyone could have ever imagined. With only a week and a half to prepare. He played with everything he had with nothing to lose it was great. I believe he deserves to get another start.

Let’s Go Buffalo!!!! Was at the game and it was all Bills fans behind their bench by end of 3rd. Great game.

But he has to learn how to be accurate and know when to throw it gently. If he isn’t accurate nothing matters

The patriots run a quick schemes offense which is something we should be running with our ***** OLine. Our OC is stupid but the line could be masked by a good QB and a good scheme easily

You are crazy if you think Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers, Big Ben, or Phillip Rivers doesn’t make this team a lot better. First off teams would stop stacking the box and committing to stopping the run. Our receivers do drop a lot of passes and don’t give out a great effort. With a better QB comes a better effort. And anyone I named would be able to beat a blitz and know what route beats what coverage. Is our entire offense bad yeah. Do we need a new OC yeah. But with our defense an elite QB would make us a playoff team. ***** even Carson Wentz, Matt Ryan, Or Jared Goff make us a playoff team. I’m probably missing someone but a good QB would take advantage of our defense and win us games. Right now no QB on our roster is capable of that
