Do you know anyone that’s so famous they get thousands of mentions a day? I’m really curious. It’s not that simple to ignore it all. Honestly, there’s some irony to this whole discord… 1) You’re exchanging dialogue 2) With a person whom you don’t know 3) About a subject you both disagree on 4) And it’s taking place on a social media platform You’re so engaged that you keep replying to prove me wrong (or at least prove your point). I haven’t even said anything negative about you to provoke a response. Also, I’d assume you don’t have notifications being sent directly to your phone from TBD… and you’re still responding to me when you see the message.

If you had thousands of notifications on social media flooding your phone throughout the day, most of them telling you that "you suck", "you should lose your job" and to "kill yourself" over and over and over again... I feel like it would be kind of difficult to handle. Your suggestion that the player should avoid having a social media is fair, but why should they be stripped of that ability because others can't behave themselves? And why should they be expected to maintain their composure at all times when people are hurling comments at them repeatedly? It's not the nature of the comments, it's the frequency. If you're going to fixate on the "shaming players for having emotions" then what would you call it?

You missed the mark here. It’s not one instance… using your analogy… it would be like on any given day when you walk down the street, every homeless person you walk by throws a banana peel at you. Sure, the first time you laugh it off as the crazy homeless person… but then it happens a thousand times over. You’re just going to sit there, wear it and smile? Not even an ounce of frustration or retaliation… that’s just unrealistic.

He’s damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t. Man oh man… I’d love for people here to actually be under a microscope like this. It’s taxing. I know athletes who have to turn their phone off because of the number of notifications they get during the day… I have friends whose parents are coaches and see the tweets about how their “Dad should be hung in the streets” because of a blocked punt. You say it doesn’t get to you because you’re trying to do the right thing… but it’s ridiculous to believe that these comments don’t add up and impact people.

I do. But there’s something ironic about people on a message board who discuss every little thing a player (person) does in their public life, shaming players for having emotions. Not singling you out… the whole concept is funny to me.

Good thing the contracts are 4 (and in some cases 5 years). It doesn't HAVE to happen in their first season, especially when you have other capable veteran players in place. They're allowed to emerge over time and produce more value...

Berrios MIGHT be a better version of Isaiah McKenzie... although he's been one of their most targeted players in New York since arriving. McKenzie has been a gadget player... Berrios 60 games with 104 receptions, 1,022 yards and 5 TDs Also run for 160 and 4 TDs. McKenzie 64 games with 130 receptions, 1,252 yards and 11 TDs Also run for 213 and 4 TDs. You can argue the jury is still out on Moore... but he hasn't done anything to prove he's better than Gabe. Corey Davis might even be a stretch... he's lacked the consistency of Gabe Davis throughout his career... that's really saying something considering people here want to strangle Davis for his inconsistency whether it be performance or health.

Check out the Chiefs… 2/10 top cap hits were drafted by Brett Veach. Patrick Mahomes and Juan Thornhill. Everyone else Veach traded or signed in FA… why does he get a pass? Give Veach… Mahomes, Bolton and Humphrey as “superstars” he has drafted. Who else?

Dumbass... nobody in the NFL is. Josh Allen, Tremaine Edmunds, Taron Johnson, Ed Oliver, Devin Singletary, Dawson Knox, Gabriel Davis and Greg Rousseau is better than 25-28 other teams over the same span. Guaranteed.

I mean this is easy... he drafts at the upper echelon of GMs when compared to his peers. You can't just look at the draft and go "But DK Metcalf went after, and he took Cody Ford instead" everyone else made that mistake. Seahawks passed on Metcalf twice. The hit rate on finding an All-Pro caliber player is like 1 every 3 drafts if you're doing a good job. It just doesn't happen that often... he drafted arguably the best QB in football... which is pretty damn valuable. Given the money and resources, most posters on this board could go back years after a draft is completed and pick out the players a team SHOULD have taken. FWIW nobody has ever seen you post data or articles on here... you just jump on and start spewing doom about how Tua and the Dolphins are better than us.

7/10 highest cap hits on the Bills as we speak today are players drafted by this regime. Allen, White, Edmunds, Dawkins, Oliver, Milano and Johnson. The 3 who weren't draft picks are Diggs, Morse and Poyer... What are you talking about?

They’ve played well since beating us, but it’s not like they’ve been firing in all cylinders. OT to beat the Malik Willis lead Titans? 3 point win against the Chargers who spit up all over themselves every week? 10 point game in Q4 against the Bryce Perkins lead Rams with Van Jefferson and Tutu Atwell as their leading WR? The 49ers game was a nice win, otherwise they’re finding ways to win games, but let’s not act like they’re lighting the world on fire.
