  1. I like Brown, even just for a few go routes to soften up the D. I think he still has some juice left and is a great late season addition. I'll hold my tongue on Beasley until I see him on the field for a few plays, but, I do think worse case he gives Josh some confidence and a safety outlet if needed. He said the right things in his presser and I could care less about the covid stuff. I like people that speak their mind. As to McKenzie, I disagree (shocker I know😉), far from a lost cause, just needs to be used for what he's best at. Gadget plays and against man coverage. I like Shakir and hope he gets a role, but, I think people are expecting more than what he is. He's a 70% catch guy without elite traits ( speed, quickness or explosion). 4-5 wr at best IMO ( be more than happy to admit it if I am wrong). He will be an average at best slot receiver. Far from a " Diamond in the ruff" like some people think.
  2. On Offense, I think it's going to be about the quick strike passing game. The fastest and quickest WR we have is my man, Lil' Dirty. May only get 1 receiving TD, but has his best stat game of the season. 8+ catches for 100+ yards. On D, If Milano's out, I'm going with Klein. Just seems like the kind of game he is built for.
  3. Totally agree except the established QB part. If he gets a top OC, then I think he would be fine. Maybe a team like the Colts will be on the list of interviews. 🤔. Hope he at least gets a REAL shot at a HC gig if that's what he wants.
  4. Question is, now that they know what it's like elsewhere and they seem to play their best here do we offer to extend them and are they willing to take a team friendly deal to stay?
  5. Both show as 1 yr deals. I'd like them both back.😁
  6. Wonder if they try and bring him back on another 1 yr deal under current circumstances. I guess it may depend on the next few games?🤔
  7. Might have to do with his 50% catch rate. Got to catch the ones that are thrown to you. Would love to see him more involved though and I THINK it might begin soon. Seems like Josh is looking more at the shorter routes now, so I hope Shakir gets more opportunities now. We will need it.
  8. Queue the Beasley return now 11 is available. 😉🤣🤣
  9. I think Frazier just needs to dial up some plays from Phillips and Lawsons last seasons here. Then you have Oliver and Groot. Will definitely miss Von, but it's not like we don't have others that can step up a bit.
  10. I apologize to ALL of you for putting a jinx on this thread. I was SO WRONG and I am SORRY!!!🤣🤣🤣
  11. Nope. There's already too many on that bandwagon. 😜
  12. No, Not based upon the post I initially responded to.😁
  13. No. But if you are always negative and look for things to complain about you are. Some (alot) people just have to live in a negative world in order to get the attention they need. Does McD deserve constructive criticism? Yes, just like anyone else, however, he is still one of the best in the NFL and one of the best we've ever had. To be honest, my biggest complaint about McD is I think he delegates and allows his OC/DC to do their thing. At least it seems that way to me. But, it can also be a good thing as it shows the trust he has in the people under him.
  14. Idiots don't come until the weekend.😉
  15. Have a feeling it starts this week.🤔
  16. And if he makes any 2 catches he is at his average catch % since he's been here. Not sure why people expected a 70+% catch rate when he's had an average around 55%. Should he be better? Absolutely. But sometimes expectations are unrealistic. Maybe he needs some ping pong balls. 😁
  17. Yes please. It's turning into another Ert... I don't even want to say it...🤬
  18. I believe it was 5? 2 Motor, 1 Diggs, 1 Davis and 1 Knox?
  19. Awesome post!!! Thank You!👍 And statistically with less than half the targets this year thann Beasly got, McKenzie is overall averaging about the same as Beasley did over his 3 yrs in Buffalo.
  20. Could he be getting this out there as Boettger's decision is coming soon as well?
  21. For GM Beane, no. For McD, coaching staff and scheme yes.😉
  22. Nope. Let it out. Every good tool, needs a good shed.😁
  23. Got to start negotiations with a high #. But reading this article, I see where it may come from. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/agents-take-treating-odell-beckham-jr-fairly-on-a-long-term-deal-as-he-prepares-for-nfl-return/amp/
  24. I thought I read somewhere that Beasley ran a lot of option routes? Which I assume would be of great benefit against zone. McKenzie seems to be better in man coverage. With this being said, if you are a wr running in man coverage, do you mainly run the route as designed (less flexibility) versus zone and option routes (more flexible)? Could Shakir and McKenzie be stuck in their heads and only running routes as designed? Josh telling Diggs, just get open and I'll find you or Beasley find a hole seems to work(ed) pretty darn well. Can Shakir and McKenzie get to that level of freedom?
