He is saying exactly what I am . If cleveland makes their pick and their is a guy they like there at 2 and they think he is worthy of it they will try to get a deal done if they don't have one already. There may not be a guy they like at that cost or they may feel they can get him lower.
They are going to wait and see if their guy is there. They are not going to trade up just to be higher. Apparently 1st overall is not an option to them or they would trade up now.
He said if the player they want is there they will go up. Although he didn't say if the player that dude on TSW wants is there we have to trade the next 2 drafts or 4 1st to get em.
Langston Walker and Derrick Dockery. Paid like the best at their position, seems like they played like the worst.
As soon as I read the thread title these names instantly came to mind along with depression and a sick feeling in my stomach.
Those who draft him need to utilize his athletic ability while he works on improving his accuracy.
I like the fact that you gave senerios of why that would be the outcome. A big part of what happens depends on where they go and how they are brought along and developed.
Reading ain't so bad it's getting chastised because of your opinion that gets old as tho other posters are top scouts or something. None of them will get a reference for a scouting position in the NFL anytime soon.
Me included
It is normally the policy of OBD to have the same last name as several others on the roster. With that said We have had a culture change and the potential signing of this guy is why we had to let EJ sign else where.
