  1. I think there is a better chance he is in the XFL.
  2. Not trying to be a jerk, so please don't take it that way...but who is out there and available who fits that description? Deandre Hopkins? OBJ also does those things and he is 5'11".
  3. People wanted offensive weapons. This guy has upside and instantly becomes the fastest player on the team. I still think they need to add an OBJ type of guy, but no one should be upset at this. If KC really was bidding on him, that's a great sign. Cut McKenzie and you subtract like 3 million off this in my mind.
  4. Let me just add, with the run-blocking stuff. McGovern's footwork looks a little sloppy to me, but I think that is something that Kromer can definitely fix. If you watch his Penn State highlights, he is crushing people and run blocking was his strength. I know college vs the NFL, but it passes the eye test for me.
  5. Well if the Chiefs also wanted him, that is a good sign.
  6. I don't know much about Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, but I know he was pretty much always open when we played them 2 years ago. Way more than I thought. Okay. Don't love that price tag. They must really belive in him to make that commitment.
  7. I almost put him in my sleeper's post. I am guessing it's for less than what they are paying McKenzie.
  8. Deonte Harty is fun. He is tiny, but that's 4.3-speed plays.
  9. I liked Holcomb as a potential addition. But I think it takes the Steelers off the board for Wagner or David. After them, it's Drue Tranquill. Not super excited about teh rest, so if none of those 3 are added that LB upgrade may have to come from the draft.
  10. When its it no longer tampering and this stuff becomes official? Midnight or like noon tomorrow or something? Last couple of years the Bills had agreements announced after the official opening of FA.
  11. I would take Matt Corrall or PJ Walker for a swap of picks or soemthing
  12. I’m a bit surprised, but he is functional depth. Good for him.
  13. So with the Al Shaiir signing and this one, options left are pretty much: Lavonte David, Bobby Wagner, Drue Tranquill, Cole Holcomb, Denzel Perryman, Rashaan Evans, Anthony Walker Jr., Devin Bush. (Tranquill is a former safety). I’d be content with one of the first 4. Perryman and Evans aren’t really what they have looked for in the past, maybe that’s a good thing.
  14. Had a down two years Because injuries. over-drafted, but he’s smart, good dude from all accounts. Probably not better than Gabe Davis at this point.
  15. Big baller beane?
  16. For his release?
  17. He was on the Ravens for like 4 years before he ever did anything
  18. I love Sanders. With Bates, McGovern and Sanders, we’d be bringing the PSU band back together. Bring in Nick Scott, KJ Hamler, Amani Oruwariye, Trace McSorely then draft Zach Koontz and you really get the band together.
  19. The baggage is that he is a massive douche
  20. Imo He doesn’t deserve a big pay day. He deserves that 6-8 million per year that all of these safeties are getting. He thinks he deserves more. At the end of the day his is an older guy who has dealt with recent injuries and did absolutely nothing until he came into this scheme. He is a very specific scheme fit, comes with baggage, and worried about taxes. He is a huge risk for teams in FA. Also, its a good safety group in FA and more than half the league drafted safeties last year from a loaded safety class.
  21. Maybe he wasn’t excited about Nick Gates and Andrew Wylie I thought Harris would be a target of ours. Interested to see what he gets. I do think the whole Poyer thing is going to depend on what happens with Gardner-Johnson.
  22. What about like Ben DiNicci? Cole McDonald? AJ McCarron? All guys doing a good job in the XFL? Maybe league minimum guys. I liked McDonald coming out
