Side note.. why do we need 2 game day threads for each half? Secondary is so damn good. Swear to God if McBeane went ALL offense in draft and FA we'd be a damn good team. Instead we buffed up our already playoff caliber defense and forgot we had an offense.. losing half their best players from the year before that weren't good to begin with. Can the process not involve planning to win NOW and in the future? It's painfully obvious we could have invested in offense last off season, and defense next season.. does the order really matter??

Yeah hard to get down on yourself when the offense treats you like a godsend. This may be the new way to develop Quarterbacks. Give em crap offense. Let the offense know how *****y they can be with Nate, and they're going to be Allen's biggest supporters even after the Packers game. Offense going into the lockerroom thinking "thank God that guy doesn't make me look even worse. Thank God he's not Peterman. I love JA!" That's a confidence boost, especially for a guy already used to being on a crappy team and using that to parlay into a high draft pick
