  1. I'm willing to use mid round picks in 26 as well lol
  2. So the ultimate vibe I'm getting here is there's 3 positions: DT(1 tech type), DE, and CB. The Bills will probably be patient and take the BPA between DE and CB at 30. This is fine and all but here is where they are gonna screw up as usual: in a draft were quality is going to be more important than quantity they will need to trade up with both 2nd rounders to get the position they missed in the first round and the missing 1 tech DT that is desperately needed. They won't cause it's the Bills and they will miss being able to grab one of those positions completely because those guys are going to sell like hotcakes this draft. Will the Bills prove me wrong? Unlikely.
  3. Agreed. Sign Gilmore as a 1 year stop gap and wait til one of the 2nds to grab his understudy. Get the guy who can blow s**t up with the first pick.
  4. If we go CB at 30, I'd be cool with trading up with both 2nd rounders to ensure we get an effective 1tech and either a pass rusher or WR with the other pick.
  5. That's where I'm at too. Don't know if it'll be enough. If he makes it to 20 I think you gotta start wheelin n dealin.
  6. That's why I got the vibe we need to use a lot of mid and late round picks maybe even from the 2026 draft to move up with all of our first three picks to ensure we get true value at positions of need.
  7. If we already got Collins I would go a different direction with that last pick.
  8. I would be cool with Harmon at 30. I would trade up slightly for Collins in the 2nd if need be.
  9. Now this is a guy worth taking if he's still there with one of our seconds for sure.
  10. I don't want Deone Walker. He's plays way too high and is a poor man's Jordan Phillips at best. I wouldn't take him unless it was maybe with one of our fifth round comp pics if even that.
  11. Well said. This may have to be a "quality over quantity" type draft. I'm cool with burning one the 4ths, a couple late rounders, and even a mid rounder or two next year to move up on "both" second rounders to ensure we get guys we really like instead of "oh well, he was the last player we had a second round grade on" picks. I don't wanna hear that s**t this year.
  12. That's what I'm screamin too. Grab another free agent CB, spend one of your 4th rounders on another cute little CB, but load up on MFers who will own that line of scrimmage on defense. That's the value this year and it's also what we need.
  13. I'd love Gilmore on a one year deal. That way we could use one of our 2nds on a CB. I'm dead set on a defensive lineman with the 1st. If we go CB there, BillFromNYC and myself are gonna blow this entire place up😂😆🤣
  14. Did Dane play special teams? If he does that alone makes him much more valuable than Elam in itself.
  15. Suddenly, Dane Jackson isn't gonna quite cut it anymore cause CB is gonna have to wait in the draft now.
  16. No, other teams can have similar needs. But when those teams know one of their needs is our main need, then McDuffie/Elam stuff happens.
  17. I don't know who disagreed with this but this is spot on. As of right now everyone in the entire league knows the first pick is going to be a corner.
  18. I'm hoping this was a don't do that again lesson and another reason I'm advocating so strong for one final free agent in Samuel. I don't wanna be forced to go CB in round 1 as I don't feel value lines up to our draft position. I think a DE or DT could slide that could really help us now and especially in the future. All CB who I expect to be available there seem like mid round 2 type prospects.
  19. Get Samuel already then they can truly draft BPA. If not you know they're drafting a CB 1st and will claim he was BPA even though the lie detector test determined that was a lie.😆
  20. This. Right. Here.
  21. We can move him all over I think he would do great here. Put me down for yes please.
  22. Tremaine Edmunds DB coach?😆. But very good point, just get the guy on the ground and don't hurt yourself we need you to cover receivers first and foremost. We were spoiled watching Antoine Winfield back in the day.
