  1. I had no idea he is a fumbling machine. Wow.
  2. Maye is so lucky that wasn't picked.
  3. I'm going to jump around while watching the early games. The Broncos/Chargers game should be interesting for the late game.
  4. 50-year anniversary of NFL Today. God I'm getting old.
  5. We called them "Holy Joe's" in the Air Force way back when the planes had propellers.
  6. What happens if a practice squad player gets injured? Players who are waived/injured, and not claimed on waivers, return to their team and are placed on injured reserve unless an injury settlement is made. That is an option I think they would use. He can be activated after his injury. If they use an injury settlement he cannot be re-signed to the Bills during the rest of the season.
  7. As a Bills fan my perspective in this has changed a lot in the last number of years. I wonder why. LOL.
  8. I think Josh will do that after he gets comfortable winning the way he is winning. It's a completely different mindset that he is learning.
  9. You brought it up.
  10. Let me get this straight. Many Bills fans want Josh Allen and the coaches to open up the offense and chuck the ball farther down field. Not only insuring wins but doing so by a much wider margin of points. Seems reasonable. But if that was to happen every week, I wonder what opposing DCs would do? I'm guessing they would play a deep cover D stopping Josh from doing that exact thing. If that was to happen, then I guess the Bills would work on a shorter passing game. Which is exactly what they are doing. Amazing.
  11. I am willing to bet that since McDermott has been coach of the Buffalo Bills there has never been a game that the Bills have had only 4 possessions.
  12. That looked like a called option play for Josh to run and have the option to Hawes.
  13. Stop it. Did that happen. LOL.
  14. It seems that Tre White is in the race with Groot. Need a week or 2 more for this to resolve itself. You stop that right now mister.
  15. @Hellcamino, hope you and yours had a wonderful trip!
  16. No. Josh had an on again, off again game. The O showed flashes, and then too many "not good enough". They got work to do. But I do think (from the 52-yard initial KO return) the Bills had a little too much, we should win this game easily mentality. It happens.
  17. We all have our systems. Don't change it if it's working!
  18. I've been drinking that or vodka and tea for about 30 years now. I wouldn't know how to act if I didn't.
  19. The punt was downed on the 2. They would have had to go 98 yards.
  20. I will say something I as an ordinary fan would like to be considered. The Bills, in their running attack have the most success when they spread the rushes across the field. Left, right, up the center, off tackle. I like the pitches, and they should do some more of that. It's the "up the middle" runs that I think are a called a little too often. Cook can do it, but Davis and Johnson need to do it less often IMO.
  21. Josh had a number of plays that he didn't flush right. It happens, I guess. Luckily the team got through it. I'm sure he will see it in the tape and adjust.
  22. I'm of the opinion that Josh (and Brady) don't want to push plays like that early in this season. Deep throws are low percentage and the Bills are winning now with high percentage plays.
  23. We all have our opinions, but I sternly disagree.
  24. I would hope, as the season progresses and Moore's play continues, he will.
