  1. Why anybody moves, if the deal is such that you think you are in a position that the other person has given you enough goodies, that you would be foolish not to. It is called Bidness.
  2. They will have a 2nd , 3rd , 2 5th's and a sixth and free agency cash.
  3. Dorsey and Beane ar dealing and with the picks The Bill's give the Browns , the Browns can bundle the picks to trade back up for a player they want. Remember the Bill's have 2 firsts and with one each of 2-4 and possibly a 2nd next year we could be in business. Why go halfway ?
  4. I think that they are going for Cleveland's number 1. then they take either Darnold or Allen. Beane has large Balls.
  5. It is Darnold , They are going for number 1 ,
  6. Bradford would be a good QB for teaching a Rookie , Allen or Jackson, with Peterman at QB to start the season.
  7. I think that it is Josh Allen. They know that he will have to have schooling in some nuances and it will take some time , but he is the QB with the arm and is a good fit for McDermott's traits and beliefs. If we don't get Allen, their backup choice is Lamar Jackson. Both of them exhibit about the same deficiencies in accuracy and with tutoring they should be able to prosper.
  8. I think that no one is considering Peterman in this equation. I know all of the rants that have been hurled at him in the past so kindly, stow them. McDermott likes him. I guess I would rather be liked by the coach ,than the derisive so called Bill's fans in the past few months. I am not saying he is the Qb of the future, but he may be just what we need as a bridge to our rookie , while he develops. We may not need a Foles or Keenum unless it is to tutor our rookie. Possibly there is a QB who is more adept at tutoring , who does not cost as much .
  9. ON a related topic , I firmly believe that we will invest in a top tier QB this year, if possible. That being said , I believe that if the said QB is not ready to start by the beginning of the season , that Peterman is going. to be the QB. The veteran QB is only there to interact the rookie.
  10. You will not know until draft day what the Bill's are going to do. There are to many variables in place. The teams all have their own interests in mind and a lot can change between now and then. They can approach different teams with proposals tha,t are commensurate with both teams, if the draft falls a certain way. The Bill's know what the terms are and the other team the same. There may be " adjustments" at the 10 minutes they have to draft but the essentials are done. That means that if the Bill's are going to move up they will have "secret" scenarios with multiple teams and depending on which scenarios works, they go for it.
  11. Gettleman now has two problem children ,one of whose value has plummeted today. We can offer him , the two number one's . a number two this year , a number two next year and Cordy Glenn for the second pick plus one of the two problem children. Then , as Dallas has moved on from Dez , we can trade the WR to Dallas for a draft choice . The draft choice to be determined later when the NFL determines what they are going to do with him. Dallas would be a good landing spot for said WR.
  12. It was rather juvenile the first time you used it . come on , you are better than this.
  13. If Schein is correct , which I doubt , We could take Allen or Jackson with one our I's but, I would like them to wait until # 2 and take Falk, Rudolph , White which, ever Mc Beane prefers.
  14. They also played at " small " schools, so the reporters i.e. Kiper , Schrecter and so on just give them the. brush and hope like hell they don't set the league on fire in the first year because by the second year nobody cares
  15. If Mc/Beane want him I would think that #21&#22, and the first one our seconds this year ,and next years # i and # 4 should be enough for the Giants. position in the draft. Remember no one else has three number ones readily available.
  16. I think that TT getting traded is the only sure thing of this post, The other two are possible,
  17. I just read a draft article that had one of the four QB's going 21 to the Bill's I am all in for that no matter which one but don't expect it to happen. If , the Bill's decide to stay at 21 & 22, I would go with DT ,DT or LB and the two number two's DT , if only one in the first and a LB, if a QB does not rattle our chains. The rest of the draft should be BPA.
  18. You don't get in a pool by sticking your toe in , you jump in.
  19. Exactly, We have had a lackluster consortium of coaches, gm's and scouts in the past 20 odd years. We finally got all three , IMO, and they can sift the prospects and come up with one, no matter what it costs in draft picks , if they think he is the one. Maybe they fail, from what i have seen in the years following the Bill's it was a common occurrence. I have faith that our people will win, if we give them the opportunity.
  20. I think McD/Beane will sift the QB market and choose one. We should hope they choose right but , we have to realize that picking a QB is not an exact science and we may have to go to the well more than once. The trouble with the Bill's has been not going to the well often enough.
  21. I agree , but he was a run 2nd QB when he should have been in the pocket looking for his 2nd and third receivers.
