  1. That number 34 they interviewed from the Argos looked like something out of the Hobbit movies.
  2. And the Argos do likewise! Victory formation for Chad Kelly.
  3. Argos with the INT!
  4. Chad Kelly is in at QB for Toronto.
  5. I think that's one of the issues. With the team's fast start at the beginning of the season, everyone expected the Bills to coast. Then the injuries hit...and hit again...and hit again. To multiple key players no less. Eventually that had to catch up to the team. We've endured injuries to the secondary but the depth at linebacker just isn't there. If either Milano or Edmunds are absent the Bills defense is seriously affected. Offensively, we are woefully lacking at WR beyond Diggs particularly since Gabe Davis suddenly can't catch. And then there's the injury to Josh. Although the Bills weren't perfect today...they won. Most importantly they did not turn the ball over and they didn't beat themselves. That is huge considering the last 3 games and is a step in the right direction.
  6. And Josh played within himself and took what the defense gave him.
  7. There's a lot of that going around.
  8. What a great commercial by Blink!
  9. Alex Smith predicted this in pregame.
  10. There's a lot of that going around.
  11. You got a few on that last run.
  12. Did you get your 4 points yet?
  13. I have 3rd & 1 envy.
  14. Refs helped on that one.
  15. I don't think there is anything going on other than Josh being "off." He is an emotional player. Whether it's sugar-high Josh, or angry Josh, when he lets his emotions get the better of him, he makes horrid mistakes. He was very angry at himself yesterday after that fumble on the goal-line...Tasker even mentioned it on One Bills Live. Jordan Palmer, Josh's QB guru, said last year, that Josh was playing better because he was in more control of his emotions. He didn't let himself get too high, or too low. This year, he's lost that...for whatever reason...the early season hype, off-field distractions, putting too much on this shoulders. He needs to get out of his own head and regain his composure. As Josh goes, the team goes.
  16. McCourty was on the CBS pregame show yesterday and he said "you want to be playing your best football after Thanksgiving." My hope is that the lessons learned from the 3 losses, by the coaches and the players make them a better team down the stretch.
  17. Thanks, Virgil. This was a measured objective critique of what occurred in the game. I also don't fault Josh on that first INT, although this is the second game where those 3 points would have proved valuable down the stretch had we kicked the FG. (We won the GB game anyway.) Your post was refreshing versus the flame-throwing we've been getting. I appreciate your taking the time to write it.
  18. Totally agree with this. No one is taking this loss harder than Josh. He offers no excuses and knows his mistakes cost the team. To me...the hardest thing about a Bills loss is the vitriol it brings out in so called fans...who are otherwise silent.
  19. And they have a stud RB in Barkley.
  20. Shanahan will never learn. SF is ripping off big runs and moving the chains...then he switches to the pass on 3 straight plays and they have to punt.
  21. And playing half the competition.
  22. That's fair. Lewis did not knock the ball down. He's a backup for a reason. Josh's decisions and turnovers are concerning. He seems to be pressing.
  23. We had these same complaints last year about Daboll when we went through that bad streak mid season and sat at 7-6 before winning our last 4. We are playing a much tougher schedule this year as well and we've had many more injuries to key players. It sucks when we lose...especially when that loss could have just as easily been a win. Still...as someone said earlier. We've lost 3 games to 3 teams with winning records by a total of 8 pts. One week at a time. Correct. And if the players don't do the correct thing is the coach or the player at fault?
  24. The sporting world was correct when they said the only team that could beat the Bills is the Bills. Unfortunately, we're doing just that. The injuries on this team are maddening. But the dumb mistakes and self-inflicted wounds are even more maddening. We need to fix it and fast!
  25. I was upset we didn't take the 3 for sure. That INT was on 4th down, though. There were no running lanes, so either way it would be a turnover on downs. I don't understand why we didn't take the 3 points.
