I love having the ticket on my phone. Better then having a physical copy that you might lose. People just need to catch up with technology. I don't know why so many are technically impaired.

Dave Matthews once again put on a fantastic show. No opening act and played for 2.5 hours. After seeing him its hard to justify paying to see anyone else. Most acts play for 90 minutes tops. I will say what does amaze me is how so few seem to like his music but yet he sells out constantly.

Reading this thread and how short a lot of these acts play for makes me realize how worth it is to see Dave Matthews. No opening act and he usually plays for 2 to 2.5 hours. I have seem him 2 years ago and looking forward to seeing him next week.

I have Dave Matthews in a couple of weeks in Toronto and then Offspring and 311 at the end of August

https://www.google.ca/amp/s/www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/broncos-strip-season-tickets-from-fans-who-have-been-selling-them-for-profit/amp/ No I was talking about the Broncos. The NFL is just trying to catch up with other leagues that do the same. The leagues are tired of people making a profit off of them.

It may be worse to sell games but I believe thats what owners want. 400 season ticket holders had their tickets revoked for re-selling them and not attending games. Teams don't want fans making a profit off their season tickets.

[POLL] Are you going to watch the Super Bowl?

Sorry but my team is Tampa so you sir are WRONG. Try again. Sorry that you are one of the bitter Bills fans that can't appreciate greatness when they see it. I bet you are one them that isn't going to watch the Super Bowl. -

I watch the Super Bowl every year unless I am working. I am going to on vacation in Orlando but I am still going to watch it. I am not a Pats fan but I am cheering for them to win it again. I like watching teams dominate their sport. I honestly thing parity is the worst thing that can happen to sports. Part of the reason ratings are down this year is that of the final 4 teams only one had a great QB. Most casual fans want to see the best teams go at it. I just want to add, I have never seen a fan base so bitter then the Bills one. They finally make the playoffs after 17 years and a lot of you are still mad at the world. No wonder a lot of you drink so much during tailgating. -
Penalties aside, Tennessee had a chance early in the game. The Patriots kept throwing short passes to the left side of the field and drove down the field. The Titans did nothing to stop it. Lets put the blame on the refs on why the Patriots win all the time
-
If you believe that then whats the point in watching the Bills? If its fixed then small market teams will never win a super bowl.

The company I work for gives us a bonus twice a year. I get one in December with a turkey for Christmas and another bonus in June. They are a great company to work for and am thankful that I work for them.

Blame Dennison if You Want, But it's Not the System

It is somewhat related to coaching but coaching doesn't change the play I posted. TT has almost always looked for the safest play and has been afraid to throw it unless the guy is wide open. -

Its not just offensive scheme, TT is not a great QB. He finally has a decent set of WRs to pass too and he is afraid to throw to anyone unless they are wide open. Sometimes you have to throw to a guy in coverage and let the WR make a play on it. Benjamin is one of the better WR making receptions in coverage and he was only targeted 3 times. The worst play was when it was 14-3 and TT had a chance to throw it to Benjamin for a first down, he checked down and threw to McCoy for a 1 yard gain instead. That is not scheme, its bad QB play. -
Games being unwatchable or not interesting is all do to Parity. IMO PARITY is ruining sports. Instead of making most teams better its done the opposite. Its brought the best teams down to a mediocre level with everyone else. If more teams played offense like the Rams and Eagles do I think the league would be much better. I am sorry to say but I think most fans want to see QB's throw for close to 300 yds a game. Instead we get a lot of boring football with little offense.
-
IMO the reason its like that now is cause of the lack of blackouts now. Its NFL's way of getting some of that money back they lost in forcing fans to go to the game if they want to see their team play if the game wasn't sold out. I am sorry but you can't have it both ways. Fans bitched about the blackout policy so it was gotten rid of but now you have to pay for some out of town games. I would prefer blackouts if it meant being able to see better out of town games.

First I will say most of those QBs throw the ball a lot more than Tyrod so QB rating is up for debate. He has played better then those QBs you listed but it doesn't make him better then average. Why do so many of you defend Tyrod so much? He has his good games and his bad games but don't any of you want a QB who consistently puts up good numbers and points game after game.
-
Yes he has been better than all of them but that still doesn't make him a top QB in this league. I am not saying to get rid of him but fans should want better.
-
The problem is that the Bills haven't had a great QB in a long time, that a lot of fans think an average QB is good enough. I wonder if many Bills fans even saw some of what Wentz, Goff and Brees did yesterday. Cause that is what top QBs bring to a team.
-
Taylor is an average QB at best. For the type of offense the Bills run it works. If your team has a conservative offense like the Bills do, all you need is a QB like Taylor. After watching a lot of the games yesterday, Taylor is no where near as good as lot of the QB's that won yesterday. I look at QBs like Wentz, Goff, Brees, Carr, Cousins and Wilson and realize Taylor is not in the same league. What amazes me the most is how many of you would rather build around Taylor then draft a QB in the first round. Building around a QB is great when you have a really good one.

This type of stuff needs to end - Fan on fire
Jrb1979 replied to bobobonators's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is why a lot of Bills fans get looked down on. The worst part of this whole thing is how many of you excuse it and make little jokes of it. It happening for many years isn't an excuse for it to continue. Seeing stuff like this happen as often as it does, really makes me think a stadium downtown with smaller tailgating on public lots is the only would get rid of a lot of this. Laugh it up chuckles. Comments like that and all the others that just laugh it off as its part of the game day experience, is why a lot of people think Bills fans are drunken fools. -

At some point there will be a serious injury from things like this during tailgating and that is when tailgating as you know it will change. If what everyone is saying is that this stuff happens in private lots, then the first thing that should be done is for the private lots to be shut down. If the team gets a new stadium downtown it will change tailgating as we know it and it might be for the better. Tailgating should be about hanging out with some friends before the game and have a beer or two to get pumped up for the game. It shouldn't be about being drunk and doing stupid stunts. The worst part of this is how many of you in this thread just excuse it as its just part of tailgating.
