Its been one season. I like the moves he made this off season and it takes time to clean up the mess from the last GM Yes I will admit they aren't good at marketing their sport. At least there will be no lockouts for awhile. The players agreed to keep the current deal in place for 3 more seasons. What makes poorly run?

Its a shame. They are missing out on a great sport. Part of me thinks to fast for most. If you look at the most popular American sports, Football, Basketball and baseball, they are all slow moving.

I'm miserable about the Bills cause I am not a BILLiever in what they are doing. Quite frankly the Rockpile era fans bug me with their love of old school football. And being against any talk of a new stadium with a smaller tailgating area. As far as the Sabres go, I am liking what the new GM is building and am hopeful with the new coach. To be honest I find hockey a much more entertaining sport. Who doesn't like hits, fights and goals.

A box score fan is ones who only look at the final score and not even watch to see how the team plays. I don't expect people to watch every Sabres game but it's not that difficult to look at what they have done with off season moves. The Sabres like hockey in most of the U.S. is an afterthought.

Fans may complain about the Bills being bad but they still watch all the games. They follow the team all through the crappy pre-training camp training camp. Unlike the Sabres where most here only look at the box score.

They finally have a good gm and I believe will take a big step forward this year. Its funny cause the Bills have been bad just as long but fans will be patient with them but expect immediate results for the Sabres.

The Bills haven't been great either in that time frame. They added a couple of new players, one of which played for the Bruins. They should challenge for a playoff spot but fall short like the Bills this season.

I could say the same about Bills off-season nonsense. Having a pre training camp training camp in May is dumb. The Sabres made some good moves this off season and should be a much better team. It will be the Sabres 50th season next year and yet most Bills fans in Buffalo could care less.

Not surprised, Atlanta along with Miami is a terrible sports town. I blame that on transplants, when the Thrashers were there, most only showed up when their former home town team came to town

They have but the new GM has then on the right track and should be better this season. Its going to be a slow build like the Bills have been. I am guessing you only look at the box score and haven't seen some of the moves they made this off season.

They need to bring back the blackout rule. If you want to see your team play, watch them at the stadium. I think a new domed stadium downtown would be great. It draw in a lot of people that don't go to many games anymore since they don't have to deal with the elements

I wish people would have the same passion for the Sabres as they do the Bills. You don't see many Sabres fans in other parts of the U.S. like you do the Bills. I get it that most Americans don't like hockey. Its a shame cause it's an amazing sport.

I love the way they are being built. Its exciting but wish people in Buffalo would share the same passion as they do for the Bills.

As exciting as it is, I would love to see the same excitement for Sabres hockey. They seem to be on the right track and some reason most seem to not like hockey.

For some reason they will have patience for the Bills to be a good team but expect playoffs immediately for the Sabres

Its hard to get drunk off light beer so I can't see that happening.

Today's NFL doesn't run that way. Winning is the only thing that matters. The Pats have shown that to be the case. I could less about how much faith or how nice the player is. I want to see wins.

I agree with you. I wonder if a lot of what Shaw66 others say about the Pats is cause the hardcore Bills fanbase is an older group by average. They come from an era of bring your lunch pail to work.

Sorry but in a league that you said is hard to win in, winning should come at all costs. Its not the Rockpile days, lunch pail type teams don't win consistently in this league.

Its ok, Allen led them down the field for the win so you can overlook them. ?. He is still an inaccurate QB but he is the saviour so its not important.

What he is saying is true, but cause he is Allen is the saviour and franchise, its ok. Cause Bills fans want to BILLieve so bad in Allen, you overlook how bad his first half was. It was Peterman level bad.
