I actually thought it was interesting and cool watching a college football game without any fake crap pumped in. It had kind of a high school feel to it, but you could hear so much more on the field and the sidelines.
Kind of feels like the broadcasters are treating fans like babies. Just show the games and stop the fake nonsense.
And here we are, about to have the start of an NFL season, something I was assured by many fans here was never going to happen and I was foolish for believing it could. Remember when every single thread started had a Debbie Downer or two respond with "Doesn't matter because there isn't going to be a season."
So glad we have football. Whatever else 2020 brings (zombie apocalypse maybe?) I'll be happy if I have some football to watch.
I'm not concerned with the dline at all. But I am a little concerned with the oline. We brought back most of the starters and they were below average last year, and the playoff game really showed as a weakness, but hopefully they have improved.
I expect them to be good, but to make some mistakes since it is game one and we have had no preseason. But I don't expect the game will ever be in doubt. I think we win by multiple scores.
Huh. I remember people being ecstatic about Dareus. By that time Watkins had a lot of detractors because he could never stay healthy, but yeah there was some fans unhappy with that trade.
The trade people were REALLY unhappy with at first was Alonso for McCoy.
Glad you guys don't get a vote! They are my favorites, but I like all of them. I ike the variety. My least favorites are the all blues, but I don't mind if it is only occasionally.
A few of them were from retirees, though. Kyle Williams, Eric Wood, and Lorenzo Alexander.
But they usually have a handful of franchise regulars who stick with the team a long time on both sides of the ball.
We need a unique one for each:
East Rutherford: "Bills Fans. The best in the NFL and the only NY franchise!"
Miami: "Bills Fans. The best in the NFL, including Buffalo South!"
Foxborough: "Bills Fans. Best in the NFL! F*** Tom Brady!"
