Too many backs who isn’t making the roster?

Darnold Rosen and Allen all in the same division sets up a great rivalry for years to come!

Anyone hear any other news on this yet? Has he visited anyone else besides New Orleans?

New York Giants would be the perfect location for him, they would be crazy not to go after him. He would instantly improve that team.

Unfortunately we will muddle 7 wins or so this year and be out of the top ten picks. We will then waste most of the picks moving up in the draft. This happens year in and year out. It would be better to just lose this year so we could draft higher with all those picks but players and coaches obviously have pride so we will have to hope to hit on a few of them.

Really good OL don’t become available very often

Wondering the thoughts obviously both are horrible, but where do you start on the O-line? What position on our O-line is the weakest? Do we go LT just cause it’s the we will have a very high pick and you don’t take center or RT that high? Or go WR? I think we gotta fix the O-line which will somewhat make the receivers better giving them more time to get open.

Man Mahomes TD to Hill went 68.6 yards in the air further than any pass in the league last year! Wonder who has the stronger arm Allen or Mahomes? I just wish we had a receiver like Hill that could run under them!

Don’t you think Carolina’s back ups should be making Allen look great too? Kind worrying!

You really think Allen gets the whole second half? I would think they want to give AJ and Peterman longer time to see who is getting the starter job. I don’t believe Allen will get a lot of time until the last game. ( and then about week 9 or so lol)

Oh really?? Is that how it works?? I had no idea! My premis is they should have done the deal with Oakland! Who cares if Arizona jumped ahead and grabbed either of them they still would have gotten either Allen or Rosen and still had both their 2nds to fix their O-line genius!

There is no way we would ever get near the value we gave up for Allen. If AJ plays great and he becomes our QB. They would never get a first and 2 seconds back for Allen!

The thing not discussed as much in this post is the fact the first rounder we would have to give up next year will most likely be a top 5 maybe a top 3! Given we give up basicly our whole draft, and with the state of the team as is I’m not sure we get more than 4 wins with a rookie QB or with AJ. There are just way too many holes in this team. It’s just going to hurt a lot next year if we had the 1st 2nd or 3rd pick and it’s now gone! I’m not saying not to do it but it just feels like that’s our luck! And imagine that the Giants get our two firsts this year and a Second then also get their number 2 overall back next year from us (if we play bad enough) for giving us the number two this year! If it works out that way, it could be the best trade in NFL history for the Giants!

Would you be upset if he didn’t start this year? The amount of picks they are talking about giving up, for a guy who may not even play this year seems crazy. If we move up does AJ still have a shot to start? And if AJ starts does he have much chance of success with the team with all the holes we will still have giving all our picks away? If we also give next years First rounder it could be a very high pick with all the holes we will have this year imagine finally getting the #1 pick next year and we gave it away seems like a Bills thing to happen!
