    IMO Missing Jalean Phillips hurt more. Don't know what they expected from Ramsey. His numbers against JA17 are abysmal. Don't know what they can expect from someone coming back from recent knee surgery, but ok....

    Josh's commitment to the new scheme and not forcing the big play. Taking what the D is giving. Also, lets give some love to the new and improved Guard O Line play which has allowed Josh to work under center and open up the run game.

    The problem with this offense is they can never come up with the knock out punch against lesser teams. That one score that brings that sigh of relief that confirms the game now is indeed over. Just like the opener, I had that uneasy feeling because they couldn't pull away and seal the W.

    When has the Bills offense ever struggle against the Dolphins? Yes, some games recently have been close but the O always puts up numbers against Miami's D.

    Game 1 was a tough watch and I knew it would be. Playing NY on a Monday night on 9-11 in their house for the opener with all the hoopla going in was a very tall order. I would've rather played the Chiefs, Eagles or Dolphins on a regular scheduled Sunday. Oh, I agree 100%

    Even if it was a position of need, I'd say no. This isn't the same player of 3-4 years ago. He needs a psych evaluation, not a new team.

    I think what a lot of people are forgetting is Washington has a pretty good defense hobbled by a raw QB under center. Couple that with the fact the Bills offense sputtered several times in the RZ settling for FGs makes this game look closer before the 4th quarter onslaught.

    If he gets behind you it's game over. If you keep him in front of you, you force him to change direction and possibly slow down for blockers. It's not a guarantee as he can still run by you but at least you have a chance to stop him from taking it to the house
